Great hotel. This time we stayed in the Junior Suite.
The difference with the standard room is the wider bed (180 versus 160) and more square meters. It also includes a nespresso machine and complimentary coffee cups. All rooms have a mini bar and complementary drinks. (Daily refill).
Our suite had a view on the forest. Great comfortable bed and quiet room. The hotel is located in a quiet environment.

Keep in mind that the shower and the sink are in the same area as your bed. You have no privacy of a separate room. For us no problem, if privacy is however needed, someone will need to leave the room. Toilet is off course in a separate room.

All rooms (full hotel) has free high speed internet.
The hotel offers free parking (really enough space) and they even have 2 parking spots with chargers (type 2, AC chargers from Tesla). You need to request the charging in the hotel and the cost is booked on the room.

Breakfast: one word, great.
Fresh food, good quality. Fresh juice, coffee maker (normal, espresso, cappuccino, latte Macchiato, Ice coffee, …). Also healthy options are available and local (sometimes even self made) products.

All persons working at the hotel are polity and really helpful. They will always try to help. The hotel is also pride on their ecological footprint.

We will return.
Yes there are cheaper hotels available but they do not offer the same complete package and quality for us. If a quiet, comfortable sleep, clean rooms and great breakfast are important, don’t hesitate.

Nice staff, super friendly.

Only problem is that you still need to wear a Covid mask!!!... why??? If someone is overweight, a smoker and does no exercise why do I need to wear a Covid mask!!

I love the fact that the hotel is taking care to be eco-friendly.

Take care where you park however as the trees rain debris onto your car, set the alarm off and can damage the paint.

Have stayed here many times over the years. Rooms are small but stylish and clean. Lovely breakfast but no other meals served unless here for a meeting package. Nestled in a residential area - prices have crept up over the years but a lovely cosy stay

Dear Guest, thank you for your positive rating and your long-term loyalty! We are glad that you enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the forest here. We attach great importance to style and cleanliness in our rooms in order to offer our guests a pleasant stay. Furthermore, it´s nice to hear that you enjoyed the breakfast. However, we would like to point out that in addition to our breakfast, we also offer a fine selection of warm and cold dishes for a snack in our cozy bistro. Check the bistro menu in your room or simply ask our V-Team at the reception. We appreciate your positive words about your stay with us and hope to welcome you back again soon. Until the best regards Your V-Hotel Team

What a nice, original room, simple, but great views and just not in the way it is decorated or planned inside. Nice breakfast. Original and warm hostel. Decoration is great. I would surely recommend this hostel to others!

We stayed 3 nights while visiting a friend in Bonn. When we booked on-line we liked the look of the woodland setting and architecture.
The welcome at reception was fine, and while we slept comfortably, the design of our room was dire.
The bed was in the middle of the room with no bedside table or cabinet, clothes storage consisted of a single short bar sticking out from the wall with 6 hangers on it, seating comprised a single desk chair, outdoor jacket hangers were in front of the mirror obliterating the reflection, and the shower cubicle and wash-hand basin were actually in the bedroom, no separate bathroom for privacy.
We spent the time with our clothes in piles on the floor and
the food offering was limited to soup and small cold platters.
Too minimalist and uncomfortable at the price point.

First all the great stuff. Friendly staff and compared to many other hotels the staff speaks good English.
Free parking and lots of parking space (2 Tesla Charger points). Quiet surroundings. Only noise that can be annoying, is the noise of the other guests. And the bells of the church on Sunday morning (I think it was around 10 am)

The room. Really clean and all modern comfort that you need, great comfortable big shower. Saying that, the room is rather small and I can imagine that when staying a longer time that the room will be too small for many. There is no closet for your clothing. You have a small shelve and several hangers (clothing rack), but that’s it. Look at it as a stay in a modern camper van. My opinion, great for 1 max. 3 day stay. Ideal for couples, for friends it could be uncomfortable. No privacy of your roommate when taking a shower. Bed is 140cm wide and again, for many people rather small.

Great breakfast. All is served in a buffet. Fresh bread, eggs bacon, several kinds of cereals (even those small boxes for the kids), I noticed at least 6 different kinds of jam, ... Juices, coffee, milk, fresh fruit, ...

I will go again when I need to stay in the neighbourhood.

I loved this hotel and will definitely go back. The hotel is very modern. The rooms are small but perfectly formed. The bathroom products are lovely.

The hotel contains original artwork, which is actually graffiti, but it contributes to a modern look without being at all degrading. The hotel has funky art touches everywhere from wall hanging pieces to bits of furniture.

All the food is locally sourced and to a very high standard. And they produce their own special butter which I would recommend with the steak. It sounds trivial but it was delicious.

They also have some tree houses which I wish I'd stayed in.... will try those next time!

As others have noted the room is not large, so maybe not great for an extended stay and better for 1 person (like me) or maybe a couple. But the view of the forest and the peace and quiet were wonderful. Plenty of parking and a couple of good restaurants in walking distance. Not close to the center.

From the picture it looks like there are rooms that face the parking lot, which would not be so pretty. You would miss the point of staying here.

We choose this hotel because we were attracted by the design & nature set-up. The expectations have been mostly fulfilled: the room was very modern, very nice design - excellent chromatics. Free parking, free wi-fi, quiet location (but still, the front side is close to the street).
On the down side would be the price (which does not include breakfast 14Eur/person) & location: quite far away from the center and in an area where there there were very few options to go out (we discovered 1 - which was really average).
My view is that the price-quality ratio is not the best, in order to be really interesting, prices should be more competitive.

We stayed only one night and booked a suite. What a lovely place! Reception girl was absolutely charming and very helpful. The decor of the hotel is quite original and modern, we loved it. The suite we booked was very clean, very complete, good bed. We loved the atmosphere, very relaxed. Oh, breakfast is very good as well, fresh fruits, scrambled eggs freshly made for you. Couldn't fault them on anything! Thank

Some of the rooms overlook the woods at teh back and are very peaceful. The hotel is well back from the road and I doubt there is much traffic. There is a bus route stopping outside and I did not see any heavy lorries
