Excellent spot close to the Dom and the Christmas markets. Our studio room was compact but well fitted out and it was kept spotlessly clean. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and serve a decent buffet breakfast.

This hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Cathedral which is he main center of the city. The Cathedral is spectacular and there are many other historic churches and locations nearby. Many fine and mid-level restaurants are also nearby. The hotel is small, basic, clean, convenient, and the rooms are spacious enough. The management and staff were very friendly...

Dear fikri30, we take your concern about our staff very seriously and have already had the chance to talk with the responsible person and to refresh their training. Regarding the room size, this is due to the general layout of our traditional building. If you had complained about it at the reception, we would have been glad to offer you...

Whilst the receptionist was welcoming, I felt uncomfortable with the location and the cafe/bar group floor plan as a lone senior traveller. This discomfort was compounded. By a rather rickety elevator to the 4th floor: the bedroom seemed clean and just about adequateadequate although the shower room was dingy and not inviting: the PVC windows over looked a concrete stairwell...

the hotel is unique and giving experience to our stay in Koln even though it is relatively small room. The services and hospitality would be even better if could be warmer and more welcome. in Overall it is worth to stay

We rented Apartment 6, across the street from the hotel. Apartment itself was nice, but inconvenient. First parking is very hard to find, we drove around for an hour looking for the parking ramp. The directions the front desk gave were not good.. Then you get one key, which is hard with 5 people. You can not even get into the...

Hotel is only a couple of minutes walk away from everything - the lock bridge, cathedral, main train station. I got upgraded from Deluxe to Suite. However I may have preferred the Deluxe given the Suite is actually a family suite and there was a bunk bed in the main bedroom, which was unnecessary for me a solo traveller. Toilet...

Enjoyed my two-night stay in this small but modern hotel. It is just 10-15 minutes away by foot to the central station of Koln, as well as the Koln Cathedral, where there are quite a number of shopping stores and restaurants. The receptionist was friendly and the room was well-kept and had comfortable sheets and bed. There are also free...

This apartment is great if you're staying for a few days in Cologne. It's so close to the centre, you can see the cathedral from the balcony (although note you are discouraged from going out on the balcony, presumably due to it being on the 6th floor!). Having air conditioning in the main lounge / second bedroom area was great...
