Although the hotel website seems to reflect high prices, I found a really competitive price on one of the German business travel sites and booked it. Great location near the main train station and top end design from the moment entering the lobby. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful and we had a quick drink and flammkuchen in the...

The Savoy Hotel, downtown Cologne, is the quintessential expression of the 'Life Metropolis!' Overlooking the Breslaur Train Station, the Köln Cathedral and the Rhine river, the Savoy truly captures the 'heartbeat' of the city. Artful expressions greet you immediately upon entering the lobby and are passionately expressed throughout the hotel and into the rooms. Our junior suite was over-flowing with...

Almost didn't book this hotel due to the higher price than other hotels! But we went ahead anyways and booked a standard room. On arrival we were offered an early check in of 5 hours plus an upgrade to a suite for €50. We took the upgrade and it was worth every penny. Amazing view of the city plus a...

Very convenient hotel. Very good location (not perfect though). Sexy interior design. Old elevator (it felt rusty). Could be nice for a romantic couple. The room has red lights, and you know what red lights mean. The room is convenient with everything necessary provided. However, something was weird; the bathroom door does not close all the way, and it's a...

Stayed here a few times now while attending trade shows at the Messe. The hotel is really well decorated, comfortable and the staff really helpful and nice. Food is excellent both breakfast and evening meal. Location really excellent for City centre, train station and exhibition halls. My only complaint would be that in communal areas it was just too warm.

After my last report a year ago this hotel just excels itself I have just booked for next year. The rooms are terrific, funky but comfortable with everything you would get staying 5 star. They are clean and modern and a reasonable size. The Hotel is very central to the city and the Dom which is a must for anyone...

I Love this hotel. Original. Very boutique in its fit out. Great service and an amazing breakfast. Just wish it was nearer the cathedral and town. I nearly got mugged on way back from station cutting back from town. So if you are going into Koln be careful.

This hotel is perfect for traveling around cologne. You are only a few minutes walk from the city centre and a few minutes from the main train station. The hotel itself is very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. I would defiantly stay there again if I visit cologne again
