L‘ amour toujours – a very special liaison in the new Dusseldorf district Le Quartier Central. Highlights include the restaurant and bar: The Paris Club extends over two storeys: The restaurant on the 16th floor is the place to meet for lunch or dinner. Visitors to the 17th-floor bar enjoy a spectacular view of Dusseldorf while sampling our range of French highballs. The rooms? Languorous, artistic charm and warm hues in the French Chambres, or straightforward design and clear colours in the German Rooms.

Such an amazing experience! Our spotless room with beautiful and hip french decor and a bathtub on the balcony, a steak which melted in my mouth and perhaps the best cocktail I've ever had at their rooftop bar, made my birthday getaway with my girlfriend one of the best birthdays I've had so far. The staff (front desk, restaurant and bar) were all extremely attentive and recognized us again on the second day even though there were many guests and were busy. Dennis and Malti from the front desk were extremely welcoming and funny. They shared some insider tips with us which made our trip to Düsseldorf even better. I look forward to staying again!

I was surprised about myself: this hotel would normally not be my cup of tea, but I genuinely liked it!

My "medium" room looked like a 1990's teen computer nerd room with loads of quirky items and design features. On one hand, function follows form here (not a thing I like), but on the other hand, it made the room incredibly personal and cozy.

The numerous light fixtures (I think I counted about ten) could be individually controlled, which was a little challenging, but that added to the cozyness, because you could adjust the lighting to your individual taste.

Speaking of function follows form: not single shelf to put shirts etc. on (just a wardrobe rail with a few hangers), not one hook for towels. For a longer stay not sufficient, but for my one night stay not a problem.

Bathroom, though I am not a fan of black sinks and toilets, was quite spacious and had a great rain shower.

I liked the fact, that the sliding door of the toilet could be used to block the entrance area keeping potential noise from the hallway out (there wasn't any).

Be careful when checking out: the many design items make the room a little confusing and there is the risk of forgetting something of our stuff amidst all those quirky cushions, magazines, toys etc.

Minibar was free and contained water, local Altbier, cola, chocolate and potato crisps.

Breakfast was super! Served in the 16th floor restaurant overlooking Düsseldorf, the buffet was scrumptious, of very high qualilty and offered many French items which corresponded to the hotel's French theme. Made to order warm dishes could be ordered from the staff or directly from the chef at the open kitchen.

Staff at front desk and at breakfast were very nice and atttentive.

Location, though not in the very center, was good: trains and trams are just a few steps away and bring you in the city center in no time.

Bottom line: would happily book a "medium" room again for a one person, one night stay. For longer stays or for two person occupancy , I'd recommend booking a larger room.

Dear Jan Thank you very much for taking some time to share your experience with us & fellow travellers :) Indeed, we can be quite quirky. I am truly glad you could enjoy your stay with us. We are already working on better storage solutions for our guests who intend to stay longer with us. Also, I'll be glad to show you our Gigantic Sky Room - which has double the size from a Medium Room and therefore indeed for longer stays. Your kind comments on my collegues have been forwarded to them. Looking forward to welcoming you again in Düsseldorf! Best regards Marcos Domingos Front Office Agent

Came here for 5 nights due to urgent system relevant business in Düsseldorf during times of Corona.

First appealing experience was the closed main entrance in the middle of a very disappointing vicinity at 11 the night after 8 hours drive. Finally I found a bell to ring the service which came shortly afterwards and asked me to go through the service entrance. Check in was effective but the lady not very well briefed by her previous shift or management about breakfast or restaurant opening (the other day) (Hotels usually do this with a daily bulletin but I doubt there is any Management at all and if theyre not from the Business).

The big shock arrived when I got to my assigned room on the 13th floor thru a dirty red corridor with bottles and masses of uneaten food on the floors (photo) it looked like a youth hostel after a night out of town. As an Accor platin guest I expected an upgraded room as the hotel was far from sold out that Dates. The room looked like a tiny bachelor pad, a bit but not thorougly cleaned. The toilet and the linens smelt awful. There were dirty cushions and a cuddle doll (very hygienic indeed- we‘re in a pandemic crisis at the moment! ) The toilet seat was made of wood, the toilet itself looked like in a officers room at the army with film posters that hang partly from the wall (cannot tell the titles of the films as this would contradict Tripadvisors policy). The shower lotion and shampoo smelt horribly tainted. The most appealing thing was, that there was no writing desk or place to put luggage and things or to work or eat in the room. I wonder if the reservations department did really consider a person staying 5 nights in a hotel of this category with platin status wants only to sleep here???

The food for breakfast was fair, brought personaly to each table but the staff was unattentive and unfriendly to me in many different ways: not saying goodby, no eye to eye contact, after five days the same procedure - by the same person as the second day: ahhh you were here before - yes I was just yesterday. Sorry but a good host (especially when the host emphasizes first name basis) should be more attentive! It was almost absurd to be asked every morning: „and how is your (First Name Basis) second Name! :(

As Accor platin (soon Diamond) member I stay about 180 days or more a year in hotels. This is one of the most awkward experiences this year and I wouldn‘t recommend this hotel neither for business nor pleasure!!!

Stayed here for a spontaneous weekend getaway. The room was rather on the small side and quite aesthetically pleasing, but not very well designed when it comes to user-friendliness. There was no space to put clothes and only one hook to hang a towel. The shower was also quite small and impractical. Furthermore, the holder for the shower gel and shampoo bottles was broken, so I got hurt as one of the big bottles dropped on my foot.
The free mini bar wasn’t very well stocked and unfortunately the hotel failed to follow through with their French theme there (I would have at least expected a small bottle of wine or some French snacks). Apart from that, while it’s fun to have a Lego board (also not particularly French), the room was not equipped with basic amenities like a coffee or tea maker.
The room also comes with a bluetooth speaker, which some guests seemingly take as the invitation to play loud music throughout the night. So this one was also not quite thought through. On a positive note, even on the high floors it was possible to open the windows.
Due to the local Covid restrictions most hotel facilities were still closed. However, even after a year of the pandemic some of the staff were wearing their masks underneath their nose.
My status with Accor hotels also did not seem to be recognized.
Despite the great location (very close to public transport and within walking distance to the city centre), I would probably at a different hotel next time I’m in Düsseldorf, since this one simply didn’t offer enough value for its price.

Dear Jn3st Thank you for taking your time to review our colourful hotel! We're sorry to hear that we couldn't reach your expectations and that you were dissapointed by your stay. Our standard rooms come with two differant designs - maybe you would've prefered our french rooms. As for the coffee maschine and kettle, does are only in our Sky Large or Gigantic rooms but we would've been glad to bring you a kettle to your room as well. Unfortunately we had to close our restaurant, bar, sauna and gym due to the strict covid restrictions but we're counting the days to their opening! We would love to receive a second chance from you and show you that your experince was not up to our usual standard! Kind regards and greeting from Düsseldorf Alizée de Hamer Front Office Agent

25 hours hotel does not disappoint. you can get there easily with the train from the airport or with a taxi (about 15 euros). The roof top bar is very cool and so is the sauna with a view over the whole city.
We had a room with a bathtub on the balcony - however there was no roof on top so everyone in the rooftop bar could watch us on the balcony ;) I will deduct one point for this only because we specifically booked the room for the bathtub and it was not comfortable. Everything else was excellent

Bonjour fanimercedez Thanks a lot for your stay at the 25hours Hotel in Duesseldorf, it was a pleasure to have you here. I am happy to hear, that you had a good time in our french hotel world and enjoyed our facilities. In regards to the room, could it be possible that you have received an Upgrade during check in? Every room that you can book with a balcony comes with a roof - the only room that does not have one is in a higher category and includes the balcony without a surcharge. Kindly let us know when you are planning another trip to Duesseldorf and we will make sure that you will get into your preferred room. We hope to see back very soon! A small understanding due to the unclear advertisement on the Booking.com platform was resolved with the upmost professional manner by the Hotel staff to my highest satisfaction. All current Covid--19 safety regulations were followed by the staff and the room was of course sanitise ahead of my stay. My business stay was therefore accommodated perfectly and I will for sure stay there again soon.

This has been the third 25hours hotel we’ve been and we’ll be looking out for others while traveling. You are always welcomed by a friendly face. The rooms are clean and offer a great experience when you are away for the weekend or just passing through!

And then there’s the food. You get a good discount when you order to pick-up for your room, so that’s great in-room dining while you watch your favorite movie. The food itself is also tasteful and never disappoints.

My girlfriend is a crème brûlée afficionada, and is often dissapointed when ordering it at restaurants, but the one from The Paris Club made her extremely happy and almost made her cry.

Book your room at 25hours and you’ll be satisfied!

Had a two night stay here and it was great. Room is very quirky and holds up to the german/french design, it can get quite cold but there is an in room thermostat.
Had an issue where we had booked the wrong dates and the team + manager helped us and managed to get us a room for that night at the same price. Lime scooters near by, close to bakeries, great restaurants and grocery store (REWE). There’s a small gift shop and they even have bikes, umbrellas and shopping bags available to borrow from the hotel reception. They really have thought about everything. Loved in room book with information.
Bed was comfy and rain shower is a great touch. Only downside, no tea and coffee station in the room. But the hotel does have its own cafe in the reception lobby.

The hotel was covenient to where we were headed, so it had to do. Not my style open plan shower in the room and allegedly bath tubs on the balcony (not that I witnessed one, my daughter talked of fat old boys with their wangs out wandering the balconys, but take that with a pinch of salt.
As for the hotel, it was clean enough the breakfast buffet more than adequate as one would expect in Germany, the service a tad slow, but Covid restrictions were applied rigorously, a pity the UK doesn't follow suit. I'd call it a sort of avant garde commercial hotel.
The bar seems to double as a Nightclub, queuing to get to the bar was a ballache and the tea, no, not tea, a tea bag & hot water for 8 euros a farce, no tea making facility in the room.
We did get to charge the car in the underground car park, but that was more by luck there were only two charge points.
The bed wasn't at all comfortable the room small but adequate, would I stay here again? Probably No, I think next time I'd use the nearby Holiday Inn.
