Nice and comfy hotel

The most I like about this hotel is the food and beverages, they have a very nice breakfast and also the room service was ok, they are serving Starbucks coffee all over the day, room is nice clean and spacious , the front desk was not so helpful but that may be they always have traffic, the hotel is about 3 stations to the city center …

Nice hotel and good facilities

I have just stayed a night on business. The hotel is about a half hour walk to the city centre The check in process was quick and I was in my room in no time. The room was modern, clean and spacious A good desk to work on and a comfy bed The shower wasn’t great and the head just blasted out water I used the gym which was well equipped and spacious Breakfast was very nice with a good selection available I would stay here again…

Just right but with a drawback

I stayed a couple of nights on a business trip. Nice Hilton and up to the standard but the weirdest thing is that if you are being dropped by a friend they cannot enter in front of the hotel without paying. Very annoying and specially if it is raining. Apart from that an ok Hilton standard …

This gets my worst hotel vote in the world. It’s stuck in a 1990’s time warp. The bathrooms are appalling. We turned on the air con and it was so noisy.. Went down to reception to change rooms and the Hilton Honors receptionist was rude and fobbed me off. We were allocated another room. But no upgrade for diamond members. The executive lounge is outdated and not a pleasant place to visit. I couldn’t wait to leave this hotel.…

The Hilton Dusseldorf team are fantastic. They help with any small request. I needed an international electrical adopter and went to reception BAM they produced one for loan during my 3 day stay in Dusseldorf. Life saver!! MAX restaurant and food is excellent I had beef Caesar salad and the beef was mouthwatering. Again floor staff in restaurant are very helpful and attentive. Hotel bar is a busy place and staff friendly. Beds and pillows very comfortable. …
