This hotel is absolutely a no-frills no-amenities sort of place but I still have an affection for it. I stayed here for a week once a year every year for 13 years. The rooms are small, there is no restaurant (breakfast only) but the staff were always attentive and helpful. If you are looking to live it up in the...

The hotel is easily reached by tram or bus (704 and 721) and is within striking distance of the main sights. We were three male adults staying in a triple room and were in Dusseldorf for a football tournament in Gelsenkirchen so a budget hotel suited our need perfectly. However as the trams run most of the night it can...

Terminus has a good location but the hotel is quite old. The rooms are quite big, and it’s easy to percept noise between some of the rooms as the doors are not isolating. Some of the staff are very service minded and some not. No A/C in the room I got.

No! I have a bad impression about this hotel. I stayed there 2 weeks ago and I found this hotel dirty, stinky and unreasonably expensive. I get that Dusseldorf was full of people in that period, but this three-star hotel deserves less than half of that what I spent. In my room the moquette was a collection of different stains,...

Was a weekend visit. last weekend of November 2013. 3 persons so a double and a single. Arrived to be met by very helpful guy on reception who spoke very good english. Got rooms 42 and 44. First thing is the size of these rooms - both very big. Nice bath/shower rooms, old fashioned tiles. Seems like the rooms have...

Made the horrible mistake of checking into this dump which looks nothing like the pictures as advertised. As soon as you walk into the reception, you are treated with a terrible stench, which makes you wonder if you just walked into a homeless shelter in terrible condition and in desperate need of renovations. The room was just beyond disgusting, smelly,...

That place looked like some lousy hourly hotel. Filthy carpets, no restaurant (they only serve breakfasts), 50yr old jamming elevator (and receptionist trying to fix it, incredible). My door was damaged - there was a piece of it missing at the bottom. Heating didn't work. I'm not done yet, here comes the best bit: I got up in the morning...
