Breakfast delicious, traffic convenient(from Central Station to hotel by walk within 5 mins), staffs nice and friendly, nearby the supermarkets, extra bed are ready when checked in. However, lift was small and the main concern is no fridge in the room.

My partner and I have just returned from a long weekend stay at the Mercure Dusseldorf City Centre Hotel. We stayed four nights, from Thursday to Monday and arrived for check in early in the evening. Check in was straight forward, and we were given keycards for a room on the fifth floor overlooking the front of the hotel. The...

This hotel is located close to the main station only about a 2 min walk away. The single room i got as tiny with a cosy bathroom. Doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel as advertised by mercure. There is no facilities other than a restaurant. The room was pretty quiet. Plug in Bath didn't work well with leakage so...

I have stayed here several times. Hotel is nice and sometimes you can get an upgrade with Platinum status. This time I have ordered a "Privilege Suite with king-size bed ". When I claimed at reception, that I do not have any king size bed, but twin bed put together, the person in reception did not take this seriously. It...

The city was far more interesting than we had anticipated. This hotel although located in good position for railway station was some distance from the old town. The hotel was good, except on one day the tea/coffee cups etc were not cleaned. Also our room was large and well appointed but who thought of putting a frosted glass door on the...

I've stayed in different countries Mercure hotels and I booked this one because I expected stable quality. Unfortunately this hotel is off date and my room was not clean. Dust and cookie crumbs on the desk, dust everywhere, hair dryer was sticky so I really didn't feel good using it. I could hear people talking in their rooms... Only positive...

Love the hotel. Located near the train station from airport. 10 minutes walks to the old city. The breakfast was excellent. The croissant was super! The room size is ok, not really spacious but good..

Location, room, breakfast all were high standard and comfortable. The heating in the room 155 was so-so and rather cool during the evening/night (outside -10 degrees), as the curtains are closing off the radiators but the seize of the room and bathroom were great.

I stayed at the hotel for one night, landed in Dusseldorf and didn't want to drive through the night, check-in was fast and the night staff was very friendly, parking in the hotel garage is really easy and the space is quite adequate for a normal sized SUV. The room... to be honest I cannot understand how it managed to...

Hotel is located about 5 mins walk from main train station. Check in is quick , staff are friendly and informative. The room is very spacious only complaint I would have is the shower is very awkward to use. Breakfast was a bit manic on the first morning as hotel was busy, better on the second morning. Not a lot...
