Please note that The Sir Astor and Lady Astor are two different hotels across the road from each other. This isn't clear on any of the sites I was looking at. I booked via Expedia, but I'm guessing it would be best to book direct, as breakfast is not included if you book via a hotel booking website. We stayed...

The hotel is split into to residences - 'Sir' and 'Lady' opposite each other on a quiet street approximately ten minutes easy walk from Dusseldorf Central train Station. We stayed in 'Lady Astor' building which is very boutique but well appointed and incredibly clean and tidy. Couldn't fault the hotel room itself, very cosy and superbly decorated in a 'Paris'...

This is actually two hotels in two separate buildings on different sides of the street. Reception operates our of the Sir Astor - so if your room is in the Lady Astor, you have to run across the street. Similarly, for breakfast (which was very good) we had to go across the street since we were in the Lady Astor....

My wife and me stayed in de Lady Astor. Our room had a tastefull interieur and a nice large bed (two seperated matresses pushed together). The bathroom was a little outdated and a small shower, but everything worked fine. Breakfast was served at the Sir Astor across the street. It was very nice, large assortment to choose from. Location is...

The rooms were beautiful! We paid the little bit extra for the cloth wallpaper rooms, which had a lovely old-style feel to them. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was fine and breakfast was awesome! It was about a 10 minute walk from the train station and about 20 minutes walk from the old town. I would definitely recommend this for a...

We stayed at Sir Astor and it could not have been better. Staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast changed slightly every day and was full of fresh fruit, pastries and cereals with cooked food as required. There is even a garden but, unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate enough for us to enjoy it. The hotel is boutique but...

I will repeat almost EXACTLY the same bad review, written 2 years ago. We paid 114€ for a beautiful room at the LADY hotel The check in and check out were smooth, the reception lady was very helpful and efficient. The wifi worked only half of the hours. Room was almost clean with a comfortable bed and excellent decorated. We...
