Stayed there for 4 nights in a twin room. Room was clean, spacious, included a fridge and overall very comfortable. Hotel was in a great location within walking distance to Dusseldorf Central station, tram stop was right at the door. Surrounded by a variety of quality pubs, restaurants and bars, many options to eat out. Staff were friendly, always cheerful,... More

Truly this place is the IKEA of the hotel world: everything you need at a good price, it just feels a little mass-produced. It's clean, comfortable, safe, quiet, just two blocks from the train station. The neighborhood does have some restaurants and food options, but most of the trendy, popular areas are a healthy walk or a short tram ride... More

Five minutes from HBF or take 709 to hotel. Good breakfast, lots of variety. Room okay, mini-bar but not real cold. Had a problem with shower drain of Friday and could not get it fixed until Monday. Free wifi super poor and slow. Paid for high speed for a day at 8 Euro but it sometimes did not work.

I visited InterCity Hotel a month ago. The room and bathroom was clean. The room was in general comfortable, with big windows. We asked for a room with 2 seperate beds and they gave us one. The hotel is in the center of Düsseldorf and really close to the rail station. Another huge plus is that the hotel provides us... More

My flight got cancelled and this was the only hotel I could find a free room late in the night. It is right besides the train station which can take you from/to the airport in about 20 minutes. The location is ok, close to several restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and the personnel are friendly. I did not have time... More

Stayed there on a business trip as the other option was all booked. Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Rooms were very very simply furnished, but had everything one needs, no additional luxuries, but perfect for a business trip or simple overnight accommodations. Free transit ticket was definitely helpful, not just because if the small cost, but one less thing... More

OK room, with a bad view of a courtyard in bad shape. It is located in a scetchy neighbourhood Close to the Central Station, which weirdly enough is in a bad shape. However, there´s a lot of other hotels nearby, and Walking distance Downtown. The staff didn´t speak that much English, she screamed when she talked. We recieved free ticket... More

The room was good but had lots of dust. The TV was very small and had only a few German channels. The walls to the next room were very thin so one could hear the other one snorring or even the doors. Bathroom was not properly cleaned and the soap was empty. WiFi was free but didn't work at all.... More

Visited hotel with my friends for a weekend. Hotel is located right next to main train station. If you come with the car in the street close by there is a parking garage reasonably priced ( 6 euro daily). But you might need to wait longer to get it, for us it was 30 min. Hotel it self is functional,... More

Stayed in Dusseldorf for an exhibition at Messe in November 2015. Hotel literally seconds walk from the main Dusseldorf train station HBF, there is a tram stop right outside the hotel door which can take you wherever you need to go in the city. Arrived earlier than check in and still allocated a room straight away no issue, hotel spotlessly... More
