Value
Only one of the 4 star hotels in Düsseldorf - the BURNS Art & Culture - is this beautiful! The hotel affords a central yet peaceful location at the heart of the city. Very special interior architecture awaits in 33 spacious suites. Far from the sleek designer architecture, different furnishings and artistic styles converge here to create a unique atmosphere. Imaginative fittings made of natural woods from different parts of the world contrast with cool steel. Fine natural stone flooring replaces carpet and is also ideal for allergy sufferers.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

I stayed at the Hotel again, In the second week of January 2020.

It was another a wonderful time, breakfast was tasty and healthy, with good choice of food varity.

The staff can never do enough for you, In particular Monika, she could not do enough.

One day I asked for a bottle of chilli sauce, they did not have any, the next it was there!!!

She went out and bought some!!! 5 *****

This is one of the best hotel in Germany. Very clean, spacious with living and kitchen. Bed is comfortable. The staff also very attentive and helpful. One thing only: In shower area no place to put soap and shampoo. but it’s a small
thing. We’ll stay here again

This is an apartment style hotel. In addition to the usual conveniences, there is a small kitchen setup with stove top, dishwasher and fridge. Very handy. Both a kettle and coffee pot are included.

The hotel is a few blocks from trams, subway and bus stops and there are plenty of restaurants, groceries and shops nearby. The main shopping area and Hauptbahnhof all walkable in about 10 minutes.

Rooms are very well laid out and comfortable; large by most standards. Cleaning is done daily and done well. Desk staff very accommodating and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

A very nice place to stay for a visit to Düsseldorf and just a view minutes walk from the old town. Large clean rooms with a sitting area and a separate sleeping area. Mattress is a little bit hard but sleeps well. The breakfast is very good almost excellent much better than average breakfasts one gets at other hotels in this price range.
A place to remember to when visiting Düsseldorf.

I was there in January, because I had to go to the Boat Show. I have got a room and saloon with a kitchen. It was well equipped but cold. I did not find any method to set a temperature.
The staff was nice, the breakfast was OK.

The hotel smells like cigarettes and mildew. You would have to pay be to stay there again. Dark, dirty and depressing. It us truly a nightmare. I am certain that there are much better places to stay in Dusseldorf. Try to find one!

I stayed with a friend in a type C apartment and it was extremely spacious with lots of windows, plenty of light and lovely decor.

The windows open fully so you don't overheat and it's in a quiet street but just a stone's throw from the station and one street away from an underground station and a supermarket.

The kitchenette only has settings for two and has no mugs (only cups), no spatula for the frying pan and no can opener, but does have a coffee percolator. You might need to bring your own tin opener etc. if you'll want one.

The apartments are serviced 7 days a week with fresh towels every day and you come back in the evening to an apartment that looks the same as when you first walked in, lovely.

It's a lovely place to relax, the beds and leather sofas are extremely comfy and I would definitely recommend these apartments to others.

One thing of note, there are marble walls around the shower and the gap between to get in might not suit some larger guests.

It is in a relatively dismal street but a very well appointed apartotel with city centre garage parking for a modest 11 euros per day. The rooms were large and facilities first class. The staff were also very helpful. We walked easily to the Aldstat and Rhine Promenade and main shopping area. There is a U Hahn within 350 metres.

Was shocked when I arrived, there was underground secure parking €11 a night which was brilliant. The apartment was very clean and well equipped at very competitive pricing! Hotels in the area were coming out 30-40 euros more just for a bed!

Will stay again if I'm back
