During November and December 2012 I stayed for two times at the Hotel of Gut Mydlinghoven, very close to Düsseldorf. It is my first time to stay away from the city centre in Dusseldorf. The stay was with a company group for an international meeting The location was pleasant with large rooms and the dinner and breakfast was not outstanding but reasonable. Took a while to checkout and without a car it could be inconvenient
