The hotel has a perfect location is just opposite the tram/subway station U79, makes it ideal and easy to reach from the Train Central Station and to go to explore the city. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. It provides guests with a bottle sparkling water in the room to quench the thirst. I had a quiet room with...

We stayed here to be close to Düsseldorf airport for an early take off the next morning. It really was a positive surprise: Fantastic dinner, brilliant service, nice and clean room. We really recommend this little hotel. Ingrid&Johan Sweden

I used this hotel because I was in Düsseldorf during an exhibition and prices are extremely high during those periods (everybody knows that). I've contacted them during the day that I was going to check in rather late and that was no problem, they were very helpful. The rooms are basic (big advantage: there is no carpet in the rooms)...

It's a given that the room is small. However in a convenient location. I booked thorough booking.com so I got the discount rate. To avoid the noise ask for a room overlooking the back gardens. If you are claustrophobic get a double room. For those with a good palette, enhance your sensors and have dinner one night. The level of...

Akazienhof is located about a 20 minute walk from the centre of Duisburg, in a reasonably nice leafy suburb. The U-bahn runs right outside, so hotel is very noisy. Breakfast is good and the staff very helpful and friendly. Room was clean but very, very small.

said Ellen, the head waitress/manager of this nice hotel/restaurant, a little on the outskirts of Duisburg. Isn't that a charming welcome? And it felt like it came right from the heart. Well, let me first say something about the hotel facilities. Yes indeed, as others stated here on TripAdvisor, the room was small, and it was basic, some things hung...

We booked a double room in December of 2012 for two nights. The hotel is not that large (I guess 15 rooms or so in total) and easy to find on a large street. The check in is in the restaurant and the staff was friendly. The hotel has a restaurant which we didn’t use, also not for breakfast. Below...

I stayed at this place for one night. There is no reception as such, you enter the restaurant. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a single room. It was modern, nicely decorated, and clean. However it was so small I wondered how somebody ever spotted such a tiny space and came across the idea to put a bed...
