...when you are in a refurbished room and you are getting a reasonable rate. The hotel is a bit of a maze with full and half stories and different lifts to reach the various wings and levels. However, once you´ve found your way around, the hotel´s got everything you need (at least during winter): clean, spacious and comfortable rooms with...

The hotel was very clean. The decoration maybe was not my kind of taste, but fine. To park on the street outside the hotel was free, but it was very hard to find an empty spot. But the hotel provided their own parking space, so even if I had to pay a bit for it, it worked fine. The beds...

We stayed here when over for Celtic game and it was an ideal location, set in very leafy surroundings. Rooms were a good size, cleaned daily with safe and fridge included. Nice bar area too and friendly, attentive staff. Top marks

This hotel is one of the very few decent hotels in the small town. It is situated in a pretty park with parking options nearby and that's pretty much it. The staff's attitude was crude and i-dont-really-care. We asked for a late checkout as our flight was later in the evening and were allowed only and extra hour. At exactly...

This is nice hotel offering all basics and even a few extras for a very reasonable price. The location is pleasant in a park but not really in the center (provided there is a center in Monchengladbach!!) and is convenient with lots of parking spaces around. Front desk is efficient and nice. Our room was fine although a bit on...

Booked as close to family and used Dorint before. On check in we had booked a junior suite and the man on reception argued we had booked a basic double. When I tried to show him my booking he then changed his mind. We got room 127 not good as above the fitness suite you can smell and hear the...

Service: Friendly and helpful staff (spoke excellent English). Room: Modern décor. Spacious with extra seating and well cleaned daily. Loved the large window which opened up completely, overlooking the park. Although it wasn’t an issue for me, there is no mini bar items and no tea or coffee making facility (this needs to be ordered from Reception). Bed: King size...

Various members of my company stayed here over a 2 week period whilst Drupa 2016 was on. The staff were very helpful, our booking was somewhat complicated with team members leaving and arriving every day. The staff managed to cope with our hectic timetable most of the time. Special thanks to Justina and Mohammed in the restaurant and bar, along...

This hotel is nicely positioned for work in the city of Monchengladbach, with a park next door for a walk in the evening. The hotel has a very nice spa attached with a gym and ample parking within the hotels own security barriers. The room I was given was big with desk and chair for working at with free wifi...

Spent 2 nights at the Dorint on a business trip. Beautiful location - right across the street from a huge park. Beautiful walking area. Rooms simple but comfortable. Comfortable beds. Excellent, though pricey, buffet breakfast (18 Euro). Employees multi lingual and very friendly. Room service arrived very quickly - food was excellent. Would have preferred a true mini bar -...
