A very nice hotel for who has a bike/motorcycle or a car. You can see from Google map that it is located far away from the Koblenz city center, but if you have a vehicle, that will be a very nice destination for stay. The facilities are amazing! I was cycling to there by my bike, and they provide a...

This hotel exceeded our expectations! We were day tripping in the area and decided to stay the night. We first drove to the Koblenz city center. YUCK! We then drove to the other side looking for this hotel off of TA.We passed a hotel on the river that was booked and thank goodness as the traffic sound from the main road...

Made to feel very welcome. Rooms were of good quality and spacious. Very pleasant scenery with the vineyards behind. Restauranteur was good too with local cuisine. The hotel did not have any triple rooms available so I needed to book 2 doubles and 1 single but this worked out fine.

Quaint little hotel on the outskirts of Koblenz. Rooms are quite small and mostly don't seem to have air conditioning - perhaps not often a problem but definitely was on a day where temperatures had hit 37C, so we had an uncomfortable night. Staff did everything they could for us, sometimes hamstrung by the limitations of the hotel but the...

Dear guest, thank you for the time you took to give us an evaluation. We do offer three different room-types, one of them with air conditioning. Due to the location and facilities we can provide rooms (economy-budget) for real low prices, unfortunately this one does not include air conditioning. But there is the choice between the trhee categories. We are...

Stayed a weekend and really enjoyed the property. We were fortunate to have a nice summer weekend in early July. I think this helps with this property as I think this hotel is best when you can enjoy the outside area and view the vineyards. While a few write ups have mentioned the location of the hotel as not convenient....

Location for this Hotel probably its worst feature. It is on the other side of the Mosel to the main city centre of Koblenz. It is a 25 minute bus ride. There are two bus lines that run on the alternate half hour. The Hotel itself is very good. Rooms sufficient without being great. Staff very helpful and German efficient....

Dear Lynne, thank you, that you took the time to give us an evaluation. Most guests appreciate the location of the hotel, because of the good and fast bus connection to the city centre on one side and the tranquility for relaxing on the other side. The wellbeing and the satisfaction from our guests are the most important things for...

My disabled wife and I stayed here for six nights. The staff, who spoke good English, were very welcoming, helpful and attentive. For wheelchair users, the entry ramp is very steep and the lift very tight, otherwise a fabulous hotel and very well located for exploring Koblenz, the Rhine and Mosel Valleys. We loved our time there. most continental hotels...

Good hotel in a useful location with a good restaurant. Can't comment on the other hotels in Koblenz, but the rating of this does seem a little high. Nothing wrong, good value, and reasonable facilities. Reception area is a little ad-hoc, but you quickly get used to the cow in reception (literally!) and the slightly odd arrangement. Room was clean...

In a small village on outskirts of Koblenz. Very friendly staff, large light room recently renovated and obviously done by a very good designer. Easy to get to city centre by bus. Most amazing breakfast with freshest fruits, cooked english style meal, fabulous cakes etc. Extremely impressed by the whole experience.

I will start with the positive: The staff are really friendly and helpful and the spa/sauna area is nice and modern. To the rest: This is no way a 4*. To be a 4* the hotel has to have: minibar, kettle (usually), fridge and 24 hour reception (it closes after 4.20 am) and miniatures (usually) as opposed to a block...
