The stay was pleasant, reasonable prices, good breakfast. Only issues: Only one of 2 lifts worked in this large hotel, and the hotel's location is not ideal. Access to the city center takes a good 15 min by foot and is not straight forward. You almost need a taxi to get to the hotel.

Overall I was pleased with my stay. Pros: 1. Clean rooms 2. Nice spa/exercise facility 3. Breakfast and dinners were good Cons 1. Very busy hotel and it's difficult to get an early check-in however they do allow you to use the exercise facility if you need a shower

This is a fairly large hotel about 10 minutes walk away from the town centre. It sits up on the hill so some rooms have a view of the town. The rooms are a good size and the bathrooms also a good size with a decent shower, large basin area with plenty of room for toiletries etc. I found the...

Hotel is 10 mins walk from old town and station. Rooms are ok, mine was quite cold, beds very comfortable. Shower was old and very poor. Breakfast was very over priced at 18€, when you can buy breakfast and coffee for 6€ at the station. To be honest the restaurant and bar was also over priced, not even a free...

This is a very quiet, nice hotel. Rooms are above adequate, beds are great, staff is friendly and helpful and it's walking distance to the city center. Vanessa presides over the prettiest and largest breakfast buffet I have seen anywhere in Europe! You can walk to the BH, but I wouldn't recommend walking to the hotel FROM the BH. (Uphill...

The hotel was very appealing, modern, very clean and the staff were wonderful, kind, helpful and professional. The front desk staff helped us plan an outing on a river cruise with great tips and suggestions, provided maps and information on the city of Mainz and never left a question unanswered. The young lady working in the lounge was a ray of...

First, I got an horrible smelling smoking room'I did Not ask for. Then, after an easy change, I got a small room very dirty very old where everything was very used. For a rate of 228€!. And the breakfast was poor.

I was here for 2 nights during a conference visit. It is a standard nice hotel with all the basics provided, clean and peaceful. I didn't have my swimming suit with me thinking that we had access only to the sauna but we were informed at the reception that we had access to the pools etc, as well. Haven't been...

Enjoyed staying here. Nice location. Felt safe going for walks every day. Breakfast was good, if your going to eat breakfast here get the hotel package that includes it (little pricy if you don't ). Underground parking is very tight. Rent a small car.
