The room is clean, a bit "old" though. The view is the best part of it, just wonderful! Loved the ducks and their quacking. Unfortunately, no wi-fi in the room, just in the lobby. The breakfast is great. The staff is really kind and helpful. There's a supermarket nearby. Attractions are a short walk from it. I consider it great value for money.

We found the hotel was well worth it. There is a lovely view of the bridge, the rooms are fine as is the breakfast. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the centre but there is a good bus service from the bridge about 200m away.

This hotel is slightly bland, but it is good value and well placed, just across the river from the town. Our room was comfortable. Didn't try the breakfast (extra cost). Secure parking in a lot across the road is a plus. Only downside is that once you have crossed the river, you have to go through a rather run-down and seedy part of town to get to the Altstadt.

This hotel had everything we needed for a week long stay in fabulous Trier. The room faced the river and although next to the well-travelled bridge, was still peaceful and allowed a good nights sleep. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much effort - even serving a beer on the Mosel terrace when the restaurant was closed. Food was excellent and the breakfast buffet a real delight. Fresh and top quality with a wide range of choices. The location is an easy walk to the old city and the free car-park a real plus for such a popular location. Good value for money and we shall certainly return.

Good location close to the roman bridge. Affordable price and excellent breakfast (not include in the fee, it cost 5 € per person extra). Free parking. Decent wifi. At least in my room there was not noise at all. I would repeat if I return to Trier.

My teen - aged son & daughter & I loved the Romerbrucke, and highly recommend it. Perfect location - 10 min walk to Trier sights, easy parking, and stunning views. The restaurant was so good and reasonably priced the kids wanted to stay there for dinner both nights - great breakfast, too. The staff were exceptional, and very friendly. We'd definitely stay there again

Hotel is well situated within walking distance from the city center. Room and interior decorating is clean but basic, bit oldfashioned. Breakfast good and of quality but HB dinner is very basic and wouldn't recommend to take
Better places downtown and most guests had got that, only 4tables occupied while full at breakfast

This hotel is on the other side of the river and only 10-15 minutes from the center of town. The rooms are simple but adequate and for the price are a good value. Cons: substantial black grout in the shower; inconsistent shower temperature; military grade toilet paper; thin walls render your sleep at the mercy of the neighbors conversation or snoring. Pros: outstanding, friendly front desk staff; convenient, free parking; free, reliable internet; extreme value for breakfast, 5E for a full buffet, with a gorgeous river view (save the fairly tacky pink restaurant interior, IMO), an incredible deal; river view rooms, a must to avoid street noise and enjoy a natural contrast between the dense city and the Mosel river. And one of my favorites, a vending machine that dispenses a Bitburger for 2E. Nice touch!

Stayed here just before Christmas, this Hotel was just far enough out of town, an easy walk, plenty of parking but across a busy road.
The room was adequate for the price payed, but this was more than recompensed by the view of the River.
Stayed only one night to break a journey north, after exploring the City centre which was quite compact around the old town, had an evening meal in the Hotel restaurant which was very good.
Lots of hot water for the shower.
Found the Internet Access a little difficult so just gave up.
Breakfast in the morning very good with lots of choice.
Would recommend this hotel for overnight stays. Better than the city centre.
Overall quite good would use it again.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights whilst visiting the weihnachtsmarkt. The room we had, which overlooked the Moselle, was clean & spacious. The receptionists we saw all spoke excellent English & were extremely helpful. The breakfast was superb with a large variety on offer, including hot food. The hotel is an ideal base for those driving as it is easily located, just outside the main area. Even at busy times, the road to & from the hotel was relatively quiet & getting in & out was very easy. Car parking is free. The main centre where the markets & other shops are located was about a 10 minute walk away, with the historical attractions being only a little further. The only slight downside is that it has only a very small bar area, with limited seating, & which is only open it would seem on a part-time basis. We would happily use this hotel again.
