Hotel Keisers is owner-run, smoke-free and has a 20 year history. In spring 2014 all 13 rooms (eight double and five single rooms) and bathrooms were renovated and equipped with HDTV-flat screen TVs. There is one HDTV-screen with cable connection in each room. That way you can enjoy crystal clear movies or TV shows. All rooms and public spaces of the hotel are equipped with free WIFI for our guests. This allows you to finish your work, stay up to date or just watch funny cat clips. The hotel provides several parking spaces just in front of the hotel exclusively for guests. So you will waste no time on moving your luggage or finding a place to leave your car. You can book our breakfast buffet at a very fair price. Start your day with a healthy meal and discover Germany's oldest city.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Friendly staff at the reception. It is a clean and modern hotel within 10 minutes from the city centre with the car. We've stayed there one night for the triathlon (IRONMAN 70.3) in Remich, wich I can recommand if you are planning to participate in.

We stayed for 2 nights, the staff were lovely. The rooms were comfortable with European style bedding, the shower was great, good pressure and nice and hot.
Location was good, easy to find by car and easy access to the city and the xmas markets. Parking was also available as was free wifi.
Breakfast was continental buffet style. The coffee could be improved, but overall a very nice breakfast.

We stayed for just one night in a group of five people. The hotel was renewed so everything works and is very clean. Location is good if you are driving since the city center is a few km from the hotel. The staff is very polite. We had a good breakfast at the hotel, charged separately, to have more time available to see the city.

We were made very welcome in this hotel and especially over our bicycles. The staff gave us access to a locked, covered storage area overnight and allowed us to leave our car next day till we had enjoyed exploring Trier. They also stored our freezer blocks and fridge items for us until after our time in Trier, which meant their being disturbed during their rest hours, which was very kind. Our room and en suite bathroom were spacious, comfortable and clean and it was very well worth paying extra for the excellent buffet breakfast. We highly recommend this hotel.

Located near bus stop into town centre. Very welcoming hosts. Comfortable beds and huge bathrooms. Large selection of breakfast available if chosen. Cold drinks and other small items available if needed.
