We were visiting friends during the Handel festival and wanted to be close to the old town and also the train station. The location was excellent and it was easy to meet friends and to walk to everything. We had accepted the last room, a 3 bedroom suite, at a ridiculously low price. Breakfast here was good and the staff...

This place is centrally located, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is very good. Normally you have to pay quite a lot of money for such a hotel. But not here! 95 euro for three adults. You really can't find better value for money. Thumbs up and thanks for a great stat at Halle.

We stayed in this hotel March 31 - April 4, 2015. We wanted to get a hotel that would comfortably accommodate 3 people in one room. This hotel fit the bill - we had one double bed (2 singles pushed together), and one single bed. The view out our window (room 31) of the Leipziger Turm (tower) was great, and...

Not a luxury hotel, but a clean and nice hotel and -best of all - with a VERY friendly staff with a nice humour. The breakfast is very nice with everything you can possibly ask for, including fresh fruit. The location may not be the very best if you expect green fields, nice lakes and other kinds of unspoiled nature,...

I stayed at this hotel in Halle during the both the autumn of 2010 and winter and spring of 2011 on quite a number of occassions, the service was excellent. I had no problems with the room I stayed in, it was not noisy dispite facing the street. It is very well located and the staff were extremely helpful even...

For lack of options we ended up at this restaurant and though the decor and atmosphere are somewhat "different", the service and food are a pure treat. The restaurant boasts a solid selection of classic and local German dishes - including a good selection of game and fish. We sample a mix of geese, lamb and rabbit and all main...

The hotel building looks a little old but the rooms are renovated and quite nice. Good central location a few minutes away from the Marktplatz with its historic buildings. Hotel parking 5 min away in a secluded area. Nice service oriented staff. Good German breakfast.

This hotel has chosen the wrong name. Therre is no connection, nor an association to Switzerland, except the tiny Swiss flag pictured on the facade. The restaurant is decorated with Italian motifs. It makes you expect something you don't get. The atmosphere is a mixture of ex-GDR and pre-WW2 1930's. The building is 100 years old and you can imagine...
