This is a budget hotel, if saving money is the goal it is OK. Location is excellent, it is walking distance to everything. The room was clean, b ut there are no air condition and you hear the toilets flushing all night. Price and location = Very good - Temperature and noise = poor. Together that give the place an... Pretty good for a budget Hotel easy to find clean. the wifif in my room was bad but in the reception it was great . we almost had the last room so couldn't really request what we wanted however it was good enough for one night , there is not much to do in this city a few shops and... More

We were, admittedly, a walk-in booking. An impulsive decision to stay and avail of the Almeria tapas and cold beer on a match day, rather than a drive home. Reception is friendly, the sheets are clean, and La Perla is reasonably priced - but that's it.It's no pearl in the ocean of hotels in Almeria. Room was TINY - making... More

I just spent two pleasurable nights at Hotel La Perla. Exceptional front desk service - with first-rate English skills. Rooms are immaculate, beds perfectly firm. Desk and refrigerator were especially welcome. Spacious private bathroom even had a hair-dryer! Great walk-out-the front-door proximity to Almeria's city sights, including the Alcazaba (ten minutes). For the modest price it's super value. Customers are... More

If you are on a tight budget and plan for a short stay La Perla is a good choice. I stayed on my own in a 'double' room but it really was unconfortably small even for one person. That said the staff is very friendly and the location is great for the old town and the main sights. The parking... More

Some of the most helpful staff and so obliging, travelled with bycle on top of car, they gave me a locked room, car parking, although this was additional, but secure and peace if mind, just brilliant. The hotel is in the heart of this gorgeous city, the plazas in the evenings are to die for, enjoyed my stay there immensely...

Our party of 6 retired chaps all had single rooms and about the same sort of story to say about the hotel. The receptionists were very helpful and pleasant and on our arrival were happy to secure our bags as the rooms were no ready. We were also given a large bottle of water for free. Once allocated I had... More

nice little hotel upcenter but as always in Spain, noisy all the time, if the price is good, 40€/day, you'll be happily waked up in the middle of the night, by An army of galloping-shoes on the woodenly-floor and a dog trying to sing you is last tube. If your in a first-floor's room up the main entrance, your will... More

We love to travel and to find good hotels that give a lot for the money. La Perla is right on the spot. Very high quality if quality means that you honestly deliver what you have promised. Two stars with quality means a small but clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was included, but you get tea OR coffee, not... More

A really great low budget hotel with a fantastic location for a base for exploring Almeria City. A very warm welcome and a much needed bottle of water on arrival set the tone for our stay. The room was very clean with basic amenities, although a little noisy but it was overlooking the street and it is Spain! Parking was... More
