Las Casas de la Juderia Hotel in Cordoba boasts a privileged setting as it opens its doors to overlook the Jewish Quarter, the Xth century Caliphate’s Baths, in the garden of Campo Santo de los Martires, right in front of the hotel; and in the same area, there are the Alcazar de los Reyes Cristianos (Alcazar of the Christian Monarchs), the Royal Mews and just 200 metres away, the Great Mosque of Cordoba. The history and architecture of the building have been strictly respected in its restoration into a hotel. The outcome has been an especially charming hotel with all the facilities and services demanded by today’s traveller in a really beautiful setting where to enjoy peace and quiet.

GREAT location! We loved everything about this hotel, especially the kind and helpful staff, as well as the style and comfort of the room!! We travel often, and we have never experienced staff as amazing as Las Casas de La Juderia has. From the front desk to every other staff member we encountered, each one went above and beyond to insure we had a wonderful stay there. I have to eat a gluten free diet, and they immediately got me gluten free bread which they toasted for me to keep away from the regular toaster at the buffet. The breakfast buffet is WELL WORTH the fee with a large variety of hot/cold foods, including fresh fruit and many choices of teas/coffees/juices. The breakfast room has a relaxed atmosphere that is cozy, and the waitstaff are there to assist in any way they can. Food was fresh and quickly refilled to keep it fully stocked for all breakfast diners. The front staff held our luggage for us on our last day there so that we could continue touring after the 12noon checkout (they also will hold your luggage upon arrival if you get there before check in). Parking was 25€ per day, and a valet took care of getting our car set in the parking lot and retrieving it for us when we were done touring on our last day. There is not even ONE negative comment I would give about this hotel. I highly recommend it!!

We chanced upon this hotel while we were trying to find another one in their little lanes. We were lucky they had a room for a couple of nights. Alfonso and Carlos on reception could not have been more helpful. One of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in with a large bathroom with separate shower and a bath. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with a very very comfortable bed. Cordoba itself is truly magnificent. Lots of nice restaurants and little unique shops. We tried to book to return later in the month on our way back but unfortunately they were closed for renovation for a couple of weeks. Just cannot praise this hotel enough. It has a little "honesty" bar which we came back to after dinner in the town. We will definitely return, even if it is out of our way. They have valet service for parking the car around the corner for which there is a charge for the car park - which was fine as there definitely was nowhere else to park.

This hotel was absolutely outstanding
It is in the middle of the Jewish quarter close to the Alcazar and cathedral so a perfect location.
The hotel itself is airy and spotlessly clean with well tended gardens.
The pool is crystal clean and very welcome after a hot day sightseeing.
There is an honesty bar with wine, soft drinks and lager at reasonable prices, just 4€ for wine and lager.
Breakfast was delicious with a wide range to choose from and all the staff so friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them.
The room we had, 59 was large and clean with bathrobes and slippers to relax in.
Just beautiful! We would love to return.

So well located right at the edge of the historic district, this hotel was opened some 12 years ago and was built combining several homes with total remodeling.

Every corner is different and unique, even if there are some small faults such as too small toilet cubicles and cold water which comes out warm because the hot pipe is too close to the cold, these faults are insignificant compared with the beauty of the patios and fountains.

Unfortunately the place has gone downhill since our last visit

Many. faults. There is insufficient staff. The exterior lighting didn’t go on leaving us groping in the dark leaving our rooms for dinner. The toilet is badly designed, far too narrow. The lighting in the room is non-sensical, ridiculous and not thought through. Air con was not turned on to cool room for arrival, so we entered a hot room. A ship cannot sail without a captain and the hotel director only shows up once a week!

Although the hotel is Walking distance to all of the historic sites of this beautiful and immaculately clean part of Cordoba, we will stay elsewhere our next trip,

We loved this place! The room was comfortable and charming with a stunning bathroom. We wandered all over to find warm and welcoming gathering places. Friendly staff and immaculate surroundings, this hotel offered far more than we ever expected, including an elliptical machine perched above the pool where you can enjoy a breeze. Couldn't have been better!

Las Casas de La Juderia is located in the heart of 'old Cordoba' and yet our room was incredibly quiet, as well as well provisioned and well maintained. Staff were friendly & helpful, breakfast was very good. Superficially a bit of a challenge to relocate our room within the complex, but signage was excellent so we had no problems. There were lots of fine dinner options within a 5-10 minute walk (same distance to the Mezquita and several other sites). We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return to the Las Casas de La Juderia during our next visit to Cordoba.

We stayed at this intriguing hotel for two nights in late April 2023 on the third leg of a four week visit to Spain. We were attracted to Las Casas de la Juderia because of its unique design (combining 27 traditional Seville buildings and their patios), its location in the old Jewish quarter and its proximity to the Mezquita. We arrived by taxi after a short ride from the train station to the serpentine streets of the area. We were warmly welcomed and efficiently checked in; we had reserved a Deluxe room and were assigned to room 34 which was a large room with traditional furniture looking out onto busy Calle Tomas Conde below. The hotel itself is quite attractive but it took a while for us to easily find our way from the front desk to our room, the breakfast area, the pool area, the daily honour bar and other hotel facilities. We could not have asked for a more ideally located hotel for access to Cordoba’s principal historical sites: not just the Mezquita but the Alcazar of Cordoba, the Roman Bridge, the old Synagogue and Casa de Sefarad, the Guadalquivir River Passeo and the patio district are all just a short walk away; as well, there is an impressive choice of restaurants nearby. Our room rate included a generous breakfast buffet of hot and cold dishes with a nice selection of juices, fruits, cakes and yogurts, as well as coffee in various formats; it was without doubt the best hotel breakfast of our stays in Spain. We did however run into one problem at the hotel which was that the air conditioning in our room did not work more than sporadically despite the best efforts of the hotel to have it fixed. Overall, we would still recommend the hotel for its location and attractive repurposing of historical buildings and patios, but only assuming any lingering air conditioning problems have been addressed.

I can't say enough great things about this hotel. My husband and I live in the United States and were in Portugal for our 20th anniversary trip. Cordoba was one of the highlights of our trip and this hotel is its best kept secret. Location, location, location! -cannot beat it. The staff was so wonderfully accommodating (made some phone calls on our behalf), the rooms are large, super clean and equipped with everything you need, all in the most beautiful setting that you can't put a price on. We fell in love with this place and will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Wonderful hotel. Rooms were very good sized and the location perfect. Nothing that you want to visit is more than a 7 minute walk. Honor bar in lobby was stalked better than most restaurants. Room fridge is not stocked so buy your snacks and wine outside and bring back.

The hotel is situated in the old town near the main tourist sites. It consists of several old houses put together in traditional style. Parking is arranged by hotel staff and you don't need a car whilst staying.
There is a swimming pool. The staff were very helpful and aided our online bookings for the main sites.
Good breakfast available in a cellar.
