I arrived in Córdoba all prepared to camp, but unfortunately all campsites were closed due to Covid-19.
I searched for “cheap deals” instead and could hardly believe the price.
I paid €35 a night, and because I avoided booking sites the Parking (underground) was free!!
Excellent!
Perfect location next to the Mezzquita and clean rooms.
Unbeatable at this price!

We asked for a quiet room and were. happy with one at the back of the hotel. Very comfortable spacious beds and good over-bath shower. Reasonable buffet choice at breakfast though the dining room can get very busy at times with tour groups. Freshly squeezed orange juice - delicious!

Internet reception in the rooms is intermittent and not great and the rooms can get quite hot. We pulled the blackout curtains after the room had been made up for the day and that helped as did opening the windows at night. There’s a notice saying they maintain the rooms between 19C in winter and 27C in summer. 27C seems rather warm for comfortably sleeping.

However the staff are very helpful and the location ideal, so all in all, a good choice, if you book knowing these caveats.

Location wise it couldn’t be better. Immediately opposite the Mosque. Rooms were very comfortable with great beds. Lots of toiletries which was great given it was only a three star. Breakfast was excellent as well, limited it you want a cooked breakfast but that’s the norm in Spain. It was exceptionally clean and staff were friendly. It was an absolute bargain when we visited in February. I can honestly say there wasn’t anything to fault it. We didn’t park in the garage though. It’s hard to get through to it unless you know how, as it’s in a pedestrian area. There are barriers to be got through by phoning from a box at the drop down posts. Would I recommend this hotel? Every time

Right across a narrow street from the Mezquita. Reception staff greeted us warmly and offered advice on sites to visit. Room was clean, bed very comfortable.
Con: no a/c turned despite weather was very hot. Windows can be opened but there are no safety bars or like. Our rooms faced the mosque which was lovely but we soon realized maybe not so. The street noise from early morning to late night was terrible. Garbage collection, delivery trucks, tourists and church bells.
We took the breakfast plan and it was delicious. Lots of selection.

Lovely hotel right in the middle of the old town beside the Mezquita Cathedral, within easy reach of all the tourist attractions and restaurants. We stayed in a spacious and airy junior suite with views of the cathedral. Good selection of Spanish style food for breakfast. Free parking is provided in the underground carpark. Friendly and informative staff. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Location is great for one night as it is steps away from the cathedral, Alcazar and river. Even though the room is meant to be air conditioned the aircon did not work. Obviously the reception staff knew about this and offered us a fan which certainly made a difference even though a bit noisy. For the price we paid this was not ok. If not for the hot and sleepless night with no aircon I would have given this hotel 5 stars.

Great location. Super clean, comfy beds. But here's the problem. Spain has ordered the air cond at all public buildings turned off until the temp reaches 82F. Without a/c our room warmed up quickly. There was a bar/restaurant beneath our window, so opening the window to get air was outrageously noisy until about 1am. Sleep was impossible before then. It's a huge problem for the country.

The Eurostars Maimónides has probably the best location in Cordoba. Our junior Suite overlooked the Tower/Minaret of the Mezquita and the view cannot be better. However that comes with a problem: the rooms are very noisy as the windows are not double-glazed and if you are a light sleeper, it is a big problem! Apart from that, the hotel has a lot of character with interiors reminescent of the Mezquita. The breakfast buffet is also very good with a great selection. Service at the front desk was top notch. Overall a great hotel but noisy rooms.

The hotel was loud and really hot (no A/C). The WiFi was spotty and very low speed, and the breakfast was mediocre at best. I complained about the noise and poor Internet quality so I was moved from the 2nd floor to an inside room on the patio, where people congregated until 11 pm. And since the windows had to be open for fresh air, I got more noise and even smoke. The only redeeming feature is that it’s on the Medina. But I recommend you try something further away. I had a miserable time.

We have only the very best to say. We were upgraded (no charge) to Junior suite, which was spacious and with the view of La Mezquita. Cleanliness was superb. The staff at the reception was extremely kind and helped us with everything we needed with a smile and great desire to please. We slept soundly because there was no noise at night. It is right there for La Mezquita, and close to Jewish Quarter and everything. We absolutely loved our stay there.

We walked, it was about 20-30 minutes. We love walking and exploring - it's part of our regular routine, especially when travelling. Check Google maps for the distance and consider your own fitness, willingness, and amount of luggage. Enjoy your visit to Córdoba.

I'm not too sure why this question has been passed to me as I am just a traveller who happened to stay there. You will need to contact the hotel direct or go to one of the online agencies. If going by car ask if you can be booked into the garage as parking is difficult if not impossible in the vicinity. If by train just get a taxi... I hope you have a pleasant stay. Maimonides btw was an important Jewish philosopher when Cordoba was the seat of the Spanish caliphate - if you visit the tower at the end of the Roman bridge there is an audio/visual display explaining his philosophy as well as daily life in Muslim Spain....

Saludos
