We booked the hotel at short notice for four nights while touring Andalucia, and found they offered a good deal on-line.

The hotel is big and modern, and located on what used the be 'the wrong side of the tracks' before they buried all the railway lines underground and removed the dividing line between the two halves of the city. As a result the hotel is within very easy walking distance of the old town, and only 25 mins form the Mezquita, the roman bridge and the river.

Our room was spacious, clean and anonymous - it could have been anywhere in the world, and lacked any Moorish influences that we enjoyed in other hotels.

Breakfast was entirely adequate but was served in a large ground floor function room. The bar was empty most of the time, while the a la carte restaurant was empty all the time - we made the mistake of dining there our first night because we were tired and hungry, and ate in solitary splendour. We didn't see anyone else there for the rest of our sty, but why would you, with so many cheaper and more varied restaurants within walking distance?

Hotel Cordoba center was a nice experience, the check in was very fast and we got clear indications regarding the parking that is under the hotel so very convenient. The parking costs 17EUR per day. The rooms were spacious, clean and we had a comfortable sleep. Coffee machine and slippers were missing from the room. I found the location good at around 20 min walking distance from the main center, but I do enjoy walking. Around the hotel there are bars and restaurants and also downstairs there is a small bar where you can have breakfast and coffee in the morning. Overall, a positive stay in Cordoba 🇪🇸

The hotel was lovely and clean, room really nice and plenty of room. Very well situated for site seeing, easy access into the old town.
The food was good with a wide range for breakfast, my only complaint is the hot food wasn't very hot, I would say tepid rather than hot. For a 4 star hotel it would have been better to have tea and coffee served at the table rather than having to use a machine.
Overall good.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
First day at arrival one set of towels when the room was for two people, requested another set of towels, took 45 minutes to get them.
Second fire smoke detector was not installed on the ceiling, I have to notified front desk about the fire hazle for the entire hotel of not having the fire detector device installed. They install it after my complaint.
Third requested a meeting with the Hotel manager several times, never received a call to meet with the manager.

This is a very nice hotel, very close to the train station and the downtown old city. The service is very good, the food very good and the rooms are spacious, quiet and clean. It has a very nice pool and roof deck bar/dining. But ay, ay, ay ...

The WIFI is the worst! Poor connections with only a few megabits per second. I asked the front desk about it and they put me on a second WIFI which was no better. iCloud ceased to work entirely. Some interaction with safari too (likely due to iCloud interactions) as chrome worked a lot better.

No free spring water provided anywhere in the hotel, you either buy it or use the tap. Not in the room, not in the front desk.

No free coffee/tea available.

Iron is available but provided by housekeeping.

It just seems cheap and unfriendly for such a truly nice hotel to fail in these basic areas. I would give this place 5 stars if they just thought a little bit more about the guest experience and not just assume the building and staff will carry them.

I've been to Cordoba many times and it's a great place to visit. But now we have COVID19 it's a very dangerous place after 21:00pm when the 16-25 year olds come out. All day the city is safe. Everyone wears masks and there is social distancing. After 21:00 it's the opposite. No social distancing. Very few masks. Public smoking everywhere. Be warned get home before dark.
The Hotel Cordoba Center is my favourite hotel in Cordoba. It's in a great location and has everything you could wish for. My room was equipped with great wifi, a fridge and a large comfortable bed. The swimming pool is amazing. In previous years you had to fight for a sun bed. This time I had the whole sun deck to myself at times. The pool is closed for an hour or so at 14:00pm for cleaning - sanitising. The whole hotel felt really safe and clean which is so important these days. Rafael on reception who checked me in and out and gave me a later check out was exceptional. I just didn't want to leave. Hopefully I'll be back next year. Maybe COVID19 will be more in control and maybe the 16-25 year olds will stop killing people through selfish behaviour.

As it's name suggests this hotel is very central. It is clean and bright throughout.

Our room was very nice with a large comfortable bed and a good bathroom. There was no tea or coffee in the room

The breakfast (11 Euro per head) was, in my opinion very average and in particular the coffee was pretty awful

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Well situated with easy direct access into the town and all the sights are easily within walking distance.
Only downside was the bed which was extremely hard and uncomfortable (and I like a hard mattress) - this was really the only spoiler. The bathroom was well
Equipped with bath and shower but the sliding doors made a horrendous squeal each time you used them but overall the room was nice, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was included and the hotel offered a good variety of food and drink. Charcuterie trolley with cold cuts cheeses and hard boiled eggs etc , hot breakfast trolley of fried and scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon… bread and cakes, fruit and cereal and all kept well topped up.

Modern hotel with nice rooms and bathrooms. On the edge of the centre so a bit of a walk into town but that makes it very affordable. Sadly it does NOT have air conditioning or as they say, “we do have air conditioning but it’s switched off until we think it’s hot”. It’s the end of march and it’s 19/20 degrees outside. Much warmer inside so have to have the windows open (letting in the car fumes and dust) . Personally I only ever book hotels which have air con because I have trouble sleeping if I’m hot. Really not good enough for a 4* hotel.

Also, don’t expect to be able to stream Netflix or Amazon Prime onto the huge lovely TV set in your room. It’s Spanish TV or nothing. Again a great shame. The cheap apartment we had in Seville had both. I guess they say there is a TV in the rooms but you can’t actually watch anything you might want to see on them. Is there a pattern here?

Great hotel for a city break, plenty of local bars and restaurants and a 20 minute walk to the historic centre. This 4 star hotel offers excellent value for money with very good rooms and amenities. The front desk were very friendly and efficient at check in particular Roció who assisted me on a couple of occasions.

We had a suite that was spacious and quiet, despite adjoining a busy road. The bathroom was very large and well appointed. As another reviewer pointed out it was a bit of a mission to actually get into the bath but that negative aside everything else was excellent and very clean.

Breakfast was a buffet affair in the large dining room, it comprised of the usual Spanish/Mediterranean cold table and the usual hot bacon, sausage etc on balance perfectly adequate and tasty.

For us the best part was the rooftop pool, this was large and clean with plenty of loungers and shade. The bar restaurant on the roof is very good, drinks were good value and I had the Club Sandwich and my wife had the Mozarella and tomatoes, she said it was the best she had ever eaten! Another nice touch are the roof misters, normally mostly seen in Arizona, but when the mercury is over 40° this is a welcome respite. We were attended to by Agustín who was very friendly and efficient and he helped me with my Spanish!

Underground car park was very good but with the inevitable city centre price!

We would definitely recommend this hotel for your city break to Cordoba.
