This pension is in a cobblestone alley just five minutes walk from the Roman Bridge. It is very basic but clean and comfortable, it is a bit noisy during the day as motor bikes and scooters pass by right outside the window. There is free Wifi and it works well. The hosts who speak no English make every attempt to... More

Family-runned hostel in Córdoba. Well-located, with nice and clean rooms. The bathroom also good, the staff helpful and friendly, we got a map of Córdoba as well. We had 3 beautiful nights there, I can recommend this place.

Everything excellent. That is how you run a budget hotel. There is literally no scope for complain. Rooms are clean spacious and have everything you need. Excellent location and great hosts. The hotel has a quaint Cordoban look!

Went for a weekend break and could not have asked for more. Incredible location between tiny cordoba streets. Came with a balcony, very clean and very helpful owners. Everything was perfect and would go back again. Price simply incredible for what you get an the location! Really is a hidden gem! Would 100% recommend!

Pension El Portillo is a clean, comfortable, very affordable accommodation option in Córdoba. It is not fancy or luxurious but it has all the basics plus some charm. All rooms contain a private bathroom which is very good for the price. Wifi is free and signal is good but it is switched off overnight which is frustrating. Walls are thin... More

Compare to other hotels in this localization, Pension El Portillo is very cheap place. 5 min to Mezquita by foot. Hotel is really cosy, nicely decorated, crew is always very helpful. Room was quite small, but enough. Neighboorhood is quiet and peaceful. What's more, door is always closed, you have to call the bell and then the crew opens them,... More

A family run pension, offering room only. Located in the old town and therefore ideal for visiting the Mezquita and exploring the maze of narrow streets. Rooms were basic but spotless and cleaned daily. We took the C3 bus from the station, which dropped us in San Fernando – with Pension El Portillo just around the corner. If you are... More

We stayed in this B&B for two days, while visiting Córdoba for work. For basic accommodation, it is really great value for money. It is perfectly located, right in the centre of town, which makes it perfect for exploring the Mezquita, and all other nearby attractions. The rooms are very quiet and warm -- we visited in winter, so it... More
