We three stayed in a room for four in May. Booking arrangements were easy. Directions to the underground parking garage were provided. We arrived by car and found the garage (used GPS) and stopped at the street side - just enough for others to get by. The hostal is close and we got the door opener. The parking garage is...

2nd floor room, you could hear some noise from streets and other rooms, but this is probably normal. The beds were short, just enough for me but a taller person might suffer. Excellent wifi. Small room, clean though, and a bit spartan bathroom but for the price they do a good job. Quite steep stairs, no lift. Small telly.

The upside: reasonably priced, friendly staff, clean room (and properly cleaned each day). The downside: ground floor room -- equally loud like sleeping on the street, especially with the garbage truck working late hours; thin walls offering a reality-shower-with-your-neighbor experience. The disappointment: the rooftop terrace seen in the pictures on different websites belongs to a specific room and therefore is...

The hostel is beautifully located, just 5 minute-walk from Mezquita. But as Almanzor there are several hostels in the nearby. My room was pretty small (I reserved a triple) but I guess this is normal for a pretty old building. Cleanliness is not a point of strength. Guys at the reception are nice. They will take you to the garage...

The hostel is cozy and it's located right in the historical city center, which is pretty convenient. It also offers a garage where you can park your car. But beware - the entrance/exit is bending at almost 90° and it's pretty steep so the smaller the car, the better. The garage is located right around the corner from the hostel...

Hostal is located in lovely place in old town just few minutes walk from the Mosque. Rooms were better than expected despite located in ground floor. Only complain could go to non English speaking staff. Bid advantage is parking because it is not possible to park on the street. Going to the hostal by car is little bit crazy because...

We stayed at Hotel Almanzor for New Year's Eve and had a great experience. We had read other reviews and knew that getting to the parking could be tricky. Likely because we were prepared we had no problems. It is tight parking but no different from our Granada and Seville parking experiences. We were traveling with 4 so had the...

We had booked a room but were persuaded to opt for an apartment on arrival which was the same price. Unfortunately the apartments are a few minutes walk from the main hostel and have no Wi Fi. We had to unlock three separate doors to access our apartments which were very shabby and stuffy. The air con was not very...

Location excellent, but driving there is a bit of an experience (read nightmare). Don't bring a car into the old part of Cordoba. The hostal does have a car park nearby, but it's nerve racking getting there. Clean, close to everything, sights, bars, restaurants, shopping. Very good service . When I could not find the car park , the receptionist...

We spent one night here. It was right in the midst of the old town with a huge variety of eating places on the doorstep, and also very near the river. The room was small, the bathroom smaller, but for one night it was fine and the air conditioning was good enough to cope with the very hot conditions. Parking,...
