The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well presented, especially the USB plugs which are very convenient for foreign visitors. The bed was super comfy, the shower roomy and sufficiently powered.

Breakfast was disappointing however, as the scrambled eggs were dry. Also, it would be nice to have a bottle of water for each guest.

The location was great, and the nearest parking, Aparciento Campo del Sur, was only about 400 metres from the hotel. All in all, a very nice stay!

If you are looking for a functional, well located hotel then look no further. The staff at the check in desk was great, very helpful. We asked for a kettle and it was given right away.
The room and bathroom was clean and functional. Linens were good. Good shower.
Try to not get a room on the ground floor as they have no windows and feel claustrophobic.
The location was wonderful, walking distance to everything.
This is not a boutique hotel.

A comfortable little hotel with a modern feel in an historical building just steps away from the Cathedral Plaza and the Campo del Sur promenade (sunsets!) Yet despite the proximity to so much, the little street is a quiet one.

Breakfast is an option available in the airy (covered) courtyard and the staff are professional, friendly, and cheerful. The rooms are well-appointed and…bonus points…there’s a lift!

Difficult to rate this hotel. It is certainly not as nice as hotels I typically give 4* to, but there is nothing really wrong with it. It is on a small pedestrian street and access from the train station is about a 1 km walk. The room is on the small side, but OK. It was clean, AC was good. No window and the room opened to an atrium. The bathroom is modern but separated from the bedroom by a partial glass door. It also has a small refrigerator but no safe. There are many shops, restaurants, etc nearby. We booked a room here to go see Sail GP and many other hotels were booked, which is how we ended up here.

It’s a lovely hotel in a great location but the windows are on a street that is noisy at all hours of the night.
It was carnival and on the first night revellers treated us to drums and music as the shouted their way past at 5am.
On the next two nights the street cleaners woke us at 2:30 3am.
If you value your sleep stay somewhere else.

We spent two nights at this hotel in early March. This is a budget hotel in the pedestrian area of Cadiz, just steps from the cathedral and near shops, restaurants and bars. The rooms are functional and have the necessities. The hotel staff were friendly, and helpful in identifying outstanding restaurants and making reservations. There would be more plush places to stay in Cadiz but this hotel worked fine for us.

Excellent position but on a pedestrian street so no access from car to door. But it’s only a few minutes walk
The room we had was on the 4th floor and went up from there. over 4 floors. The bedroom was on the first with the bathroom up one floor there was also a balcony, then up an other floor to a small lounge then up some very narrow stairs to another balcony. The view was amazing!
Unfortunately the concept did not really work for us. After a bad fall my wife has not been comfortable with stairs. So this was the hotel from hell for her! We asked to move but could not be accommodated for a few days. The room we got was a good clean room. With no Stairs.
I had paid a lot of money for the best room I could have. Some people would be overwhelmed with the charm of the room and I did feel upset or guilty for not enjoying it at its best

We stayed in the “Tower” room - a three storey suite of rooms (only for those not minding steep stairs) with two private roof terraces, one with panoramic views right across Cadiz. This was originally one of the watch-towers for which Cadiz is famous and staying in it was a very special/characterful experience.

The hotel itself is extremely well located within the historic centre and has a well designed contemporary feeling within an historic building. Staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

I only stayed one night, was by myself and I can highly recommend staying here. The location was perfect for my travelling needs. Close to the Cathedral, the shops and restaurants. I had an early train to catch in the morning, Lucia, who was on reception, booked a taxi and it is less than a minute to walk to the taxi rank. They even made a picnic breakfast for me to take with me! Staff are extremely helpful.
Room was exceptionally clean, beds very comfy and a great shower!!

Friendly staff, comfortable room, great location. We arrived past midnight and they were very helpful at the front desk, directing us toward parking, food, etc. They also offered to hold our luggage when we checked out, and would have let us see the view from the top floor if the room had been open. These are basic services, but it was the friendly vibe that was worth it! I also enjoyed the historic character of the place, while the modernity of multiple USB outlets, modern fixtures, and a good bed.

Room Tip: If you can get the top floor room, so it. It will cost you more, but it will be worth it.
