The staff at Casa Caracol are so welcoming and really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They can make your experience in Cadiz one of the most memorable. Cadiz it's self is very small so it doesn't take long to see everything there but you can make the most out of your short time there by...

The apartment is alone in the middle of a large rooftop patio with plants (although other guests below may come up), very romantic. The apartment was clean and staff very friendly. The check-in is at another address with a reception open for long hours, and the directions after that are clear. There was plenty hot water and good Wi-Fi, but...

We booked a private room and stayed away from the main hostel in Case Pirata. The booking didn't really make that clear but it wasn't a big deal, as you can make the most of the hosts services anyway. The afternoon staff in the hostel reception seemed really stressed about a phone call and ignored us for a long time,...

Clean, comfortable and welcoming. Great roof terrace and facilities. Friendly staff, good price. A little quiet as I was there in off season but that was fine by me. Central location in the old town too.

the hostel is in the best possible position, close either to the centre and the bus and train station. the included breakfast good and rooms and bathrooms very clean. The atmosphere at the reception was very warm and welcoming! the door of the bedroom didn't close properly but no problem for security anyway.

Casa Caracol was great! We loved the cozy, community feel- lots of places to hang out and chat with other travelers. Staff are super helpful and kind. The room was spacious for 6 people and we had our own bathroom. Only issue was the lockers, not all of them closed easily. However, free and spacious lockers was definitely a plus!...

We got two last beds in CC after we were denied by our couchsurfing host in Cadiz. Everything is for the reason as it tourned out. Nice Marta at the reception desk gave as all the info needed to explore Cadiz the best way. We felt taken care. Place itself clean, quite spacious, positive. Glass of sherry on the roof...

This place is comfortable, worth value and clean. If you check on maps beforehand is easy to find, otherwise you can ask in the area. I like the fridge with 50 cents beer. Showers and toilets were okay although few for floor.
