This hotel is a firm favourite and offers good comfortable accommodation at a very reasonable rate. I know Puerto de Santa Maria well and this hotel is perfectly situated near the centre, opposite the ferry terminal for Cadiz and surrounded by authentic bars and restaurants. Osborne Bodega is just up the road and has a new smart tapas bar now....

Unresponsive reception staff, poor facilities during the day to 7pm, very basic room facilities, the balcony river view is a joke (trees obscure any view), breakfast was good however, but the best part was the exit! The wi-fi did not work at all, the pre-requested on site parking caused turmoil, taking photographs of the courtyard was apparently forbidden, and a...

This hotel is ok, considering it's a 3-star. The beds were very large and comfortable, there was even a little terrace. The tv was old and basically didn't work, although I hardly needed it. The personnel is a bit chaotic and not very helpful, although nice. You'd better skip breakfast and have a proper Andalusian breakfast anyhwere near the hotel!

This is a quite alright hotel.. nothing fancy in fact very old fashioned.. staff is friendly and honestly you dont need much since cadiz is an amazing place.. me and my wife only spent the nights in here.. anyways if you're looking for something fancy go somewhere else but if you're looking for something humble and friendly you'll be fine...

Prices too high for a 3 star hotel when it doesn't include anything. You'll be surprised when you'll find out that you have to pay (a lot!) for parking, for breakfast, come on… 10 euros for a buffet breakfast when you pay 70 euros for a room?! And the cherry on top, when you find out that none of the...

Spent 4 nights here and can thoroughly recommend it. Right by the town centre and the water front. You can walk everywhere you'd need to get to. Lovely staff who helped me find the shops I needed. Good breakfast selection (wonderful coffee of course!). Vending machines, bar and iced water available too. Nice décor inside. I would come here again.

Ok hotel, nothing spectacular but everything worked. Somewhat outdated premises but the service was friendly and the price-quality-ratio in line. The location is nicely close to the ferry connecting El Puerto to Cadiz which is a clear benefit.

Great hotel we discovered by accident/ desperation, as we had no pre booking anywhere. The room was clean and comfortable, could have been a bit bigger, but otherwise it was very nice. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with all in working order and really great tiling detail. There is a rooftop pool, and a nice courtyard. The location is...

we stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The location is good. Closse to the center of this small and very attractive little town. Staff was very friendly in the hotel. The rooms need updating and especially the bahroom is very small. Taking this into account, the price is rather steep.

Very good hotel, looks like a refurbished convent, it's 10 minutes by car to Cadiz, with free parking lot. For the portuguese people like me, the dinner meals were always excellents , not much in quantity but enough and with excellent quality (spanish typical food). I defenittely advise this Hotel

“Rooms overlooking the inlet have a lovely open aspect across the fish dock to the hills beyond. The fish dock sounds awful but was very quiet qwhen we stayed - the fleet returned and left while we were there and we didn't hear any disturbance.”
