The beds were very comfortable and clean. People in the hostel were great. Since it’s a very budget friendly place you can’t expect 5* cleaness ect. BUT the bathrooms were quite dirty and unconfortable to wash in. That was the only bad thing about the hostel. And I really advice to take earbuds and sleeping eye mask with you since you have to share the room with many people.

Yes I did enjoy my stay here, mostly due to helpful and friendly staff. There is a common bar area which makes it easy to meet fellow solo travellers if you’re travelling alone. Also they arrange different kind of tours, which I never had the opportunity to take part of. Also it is not in the city center but a more interesting area, just ten minutes walk from more central parts.

All in all our stay here was very nice! However, location wise I think it might have been better to choose the other feel Hostel in Malaga! Also, I felt like the things that were offered here (for example the pub crawl), were actually part of the other hostel as well, so I did not feel like there was much going on at this hostel!
Still, our room and bathroom were nice, and the kitchen/ breakfast area was cool as well, even though we did not get to use it unfortunately.
The staff was very helpful and the price is also great for what you get!

Terrible experience. The hostel is very dirty. Not only in the common areas (bathroom, kitchen) but also in the rooms. The floor is particularly dirty with remainings of food and dust (the floor is grey even though the colour of the tiles should be white). Linens are stained and blankets are dirty. Even though me and my friends managed to get some hot water in the shower, we heard that other people did not manage to get hot water. We found coackroaches in our room and in the coom corridor. Other people staying in other rooms on the first floor also found cucarachas. Most of the common bathrooms were out of service. The offered breakfast (3 euros) is very limited and not particularly tasty. Pros of the hostel are that most people from the staff are friendly and the location is good.

Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures. Much of what is shown is either broken, of far worse quality, or simply doesn't exist anymore in this building. The lobby is not as homey as what is shown, and the bar doesn't exist anymore. The breakfast is cheap and below average even for a hostel. The beds are basic college dorm beds, not very comfortable. Towels and blankets must be paid for separate from your lodging. The bunk beds are crammed into their given spaces, with barely room to move around. The cubicles underneath are all you have for storing your things, so you would need to bring your own lock. The door to my room was left open throughout the day either by cleaning staff or the other tenants, and not having a lock I was rightly concerned for my personal belongings. The door itself was broken, not closing properly and with the frame broken or in some places absent. Do not come here in the heat of summer, because with a broken AC unit and the stench of five men (myself included) I could barely sleep. The bathroom is not well ventilated, it felt like a sauna even after a minute or two. There is no control over the temperature of the water in the shower, and it could change on a whim from moderately warm to frigidly cold. The sink itself was loose and could fall off the wall if you so much as lean on it. The kitchen is missing so much equipment and shelving units from the photos, it looks completely different. The refrigerators look like they are old and gross and falling apart. It makes me sad that the joyous communal experience of the early photos (c. 2016) has been replaced with an atmosphere of apathy and obligation, and the clear disrepair and cheapening of basic amenities. Seems like I fell prey to false advertising.

I payed for a dormitory with private bathroom. The toilet was clogged therefore not usable and the door to the shower room didn't close at all. Room was dirty and small, but that's not the worst part: I contacted the structure twice to let them know I've had knee surgery and couldn't climb up to a top bunk, was ignored both times. I arrived at the hostel and of course the only bed available was a top bunk. The receptionist shrugged showing me on the booking website that they don't read messages and told me 'I don't have a solution, I don't know, put the mattress on the floor and sleep there'.
Bottom line, I paid to sleep on the floor and to have an unusable bathroom. When I checked out this morning 27/2 , there was a different receptionist so I told her about how problematic and unpleasant my stay was. She couldn't care less, just replied 'ok, give me your key back'. These people don't give a crap and it shows.

Just come back from a stay here with 50 teens and it was perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms were cleaned regularly and it was what one should expect for the price. Breakfast was also good for €3. The photos here are old, it has changed a lot since.

The staff at the reception was quite friendly though, the rooms, tiny! The bathroom filthy! There were cockroaches all around the bathroom, which is not acceptable at all!!! If your on the top bed well good luck getting up the ladder, it is right in the middle of the bed there is no place to hold on to and does not feel safe. I appreciate the curtains and the personal lamp, giving a sense of isolation. But all in all I did not get that homely feeling that I look for in a hostel, cleanliness always comes first, but here I'm afraid that was not the case.
If you're looking to recharge after a long days travel, take a 'hot' shower in a 'clean' bathroom, or have a quiet evening, this is not the place for you. Not for the price-quality ratio at least. Do not recommend.

One of the worst hostels I have been to. We found a bedbug and when we informed the staff they told us there was nothing they could do about it, telling us to just throw away our luggage and clothes if we were so worried about it. Immediately after, we found several more and told them we would not be staying in those beds, they reassigned us reluctantly and were very rude, even trying to make us feel bad because "we took beds destined for other guests". Wheb picking up our belongings from the infected room we noticed they just gave the beds to new guests without treating them or even trying to solve their bedbug problem. Furthermore, a wire was exposed and touching the metal frame of the new beds they gave us, shocking me when I touched it. When informing the lady at the front desk she just said in a passive aggressive tone "and what do you want me to do about it?". Again, after much insistence on our part they sent someone to fix it who eventually found and covered the wire. Apart from this, the bathroom had mold and was not cleaned regularly, and the kitchen area was dirty as they did not clean up until much later after opening it. Terrible hostel and even worse service, all for an elevated price, considering the state of the facilities abd service. Never stay here.

I stayed there at feel hostels soho with my mother for a night before my flight back to England and I couldn’t have picked a better spot. A nice clean establishment with all facilities available. A great location with a brilliant bar just over the road in the high street with live music and a 5-10 minute walk to the beach.
I met some brilliant people in the hostel and the diamond of a manager being one after kindly and carefully packaging my £250 worth of music speaker/headphones I accidentally left in their security cupboard, then taking the responsibility of handing it to the FEDEX delivery driver. I’ll be back 👌 Many thanks Vito and friends 😁

Gracias
