Hotel in Málaga, located in Calle Larios, one of the city's most iconic areas. This nineteenth-century street is one of the most elegant in Málaga in a district of great historical, commercial and cultural importance. The hotel occupies an old building that dates from 1821. Throughout the twentieth century it housed the popular Gómez Raggio department store, a landmark in the city, and its spirit is reflected today in subtle details of the hotel's interior design, inspired by the history of the property. The strategic location of the establishment, at number 10 in this central street, allows you to experience the magnificent atmosphere of Málaga and enjoy its art, traditions, gastronomy and culture. The hotel is in a contemporary style, with 3,500 m2 on seven floors, decorated with fine materials. It is only a few metres from the Cathedral, the Roman Theatre, the Alcazaba, the Carmen Thyssen Málaga Museum and the Picasso Museum. If you want to enjoy the sun, La Malagueta beach is just a 15-minute walk from the hotel.

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in a Luxessence suite on the 5th floor. The room was amazing with a private terrace, sun loungers and a small hot tub. They had decorated the bed with rose petals and chocolates, had gifted us a bottle of cava and chocolate strawberries and wrote a romantic message on the mirror. This attention to detail was very much appreciated, it’s great when you have something to celebrate and the hotel acknowledges it, it made us feel really special. Everything was spotless and hi-tech, the bathroom was fabulous, bath, shower and fancy toilet. We didn’t have to pay for the Nespresso pods as some have mentioned but had the best room so maybe this had something to do with it. There was also a refreshment station on the 5th Floor with water, coffee, snacks and fruit. The hotel is on Larios Street and about 50 meters from the car park which costs 23€ per day, the hotel has its own car parking spaces near the exit. What makes this hotel is so special are the employees, they are so friendly, they could not do enough for us. Every one was so enthusiastic and genuinely looked as if they enjoyed their jobs. Breakfast was delicious, a combination of hot and continental, they will make an omelette or pancakes if you ask. We will definitely return at some point, even though we only live an hour away.

I chose this hotel for a solo trip because it was central (above all in the nights) and offered a modern style with acceptable prices for 4*. And what should I say - I wasn’t disappointed! The rooms interior is chosen carefully and gives you some “feel at home” vibes in every aspect (clean matched colours, well-fitting pictures, light through big windows and a perfect size of the bathroom and wardrobe!). The room service is great, fast and thorough. All staff is so friendly with an open and warm smile for you every hour of the day and solve questions/problems fast and professional. And besides all this you will be stunned and overly satisfied if you take your breakfast and/or a cocktail by night at the roof terrace with a beautiful look at the city and the cathedral!

I love this hotel for it's location, it is right in the centre with shops, bars, restaurants all on your doorstep and a short walk away from all the main attractions in the area.
The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout and there is a fabulous rooftop bar/restaurant where you can sit and sip cocktails with views across the city and cathedral.
The staff in all departments are so courteous and nothing is too much trouble. They catered for my dietary requirements efficiently (allergies), I felt really relaxed and reassured whilst eating in the restaurant.
I was contacted by phone the day before my visit to see if I had any special requests and was looked after by Nuria from Guest experience throughout the stay.
Although the hotel is right in the centre of town it was not at all noisy at night time and I slept well in the lovely comfortable bed. The air con and wifi were spot on, as were the facilities in the room and bathroom.
This was my second stay in this hotel and will only ever chose this hotel for my future trips to Malaga. I have never stayed in any other Vincci hotel, but will make it a priority to book with this group for trips to other destinations, if the Larios Diez is anything to go by.
I would like to thank all at this lovely hotel for making my trip so pleasurable and am looking forward to returning a 3rd time.

New hotel, really tastefully and thoughtfully done. Position is brilliant, right on the main shopping street. Taxis can’t get to the entrance because of pedestrianisation but only about 100m level walk and there is a taxi rank at about the same distance. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, everywhere spotless. We opted for a room with a terrace which was sheltered from the windy weather at the time, would recommend going for one of these rooms if you can afford. Bathroom spacious with large shower. Would prefer not to have a Japanese style toilet as not keen on them. Breakfast fantastic choice from the buffet plus extra items cooked to order. Breakfast is served in the top floor restaurant, great views towards the cathedral, and has an outside terrace but beware the sea gulls if you eat outside. Ate in the restaurant and had drinks there, all good and reasonable prices. Staff were exceptional.

Lovely hotel with an excellent central location. Bars, restaurants, main tourist attractions and the port are all a short walk. Rooms have large comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The double glazing is amazing - with the French doors open the noise from the pedestrian street is pretty loud (just the buzz of people chatting mainly) but with them shut it was virtually silent. The bathroom is nicely finished with an excellent shower over a good sized bath, and a toilet with a fancy bidet system (tried it out of curiosity but being British it was slightly lost on me!)

The room had a kettle, Nespresso machine and a small fridge/minibar. You could buy Nespresso pods - a bit expensive, or a small bottle of beer/wine/juice etc, but we bought Nespresso pods from a local supermarket and used the fridge to chill our water bottles.

We went B&B. The breakfast was superb, with a great selection of fresh fruit, bread, cheese, meat, cooked options, fresh juice, Cava (I resisted most days!). If that didn’t suit you could order eggs or pancakes cooked to order, and they will pretty well do anything you ask for. With lovely views of the Cathedral, lovely cheerful staff and both indoor and outdoor seating, breakfast was a daily treat.

Having read the reviews we were confident we'd have a lovely stay at The Vincci Larios Diez and our confidence was amply rewarded.

You may see one or two 1 star reviews but I can assure you they should be ignored as they are as far from the truth as it's possible to get.

This hotel is perfectly located

The staff are professional, friendly and polite.

The restaurant serves delicious food and drink at very reasonable prices. The view of the 'one armed lady' (La Manquita) was perfect

Our room was at the rear of the hotel so not much of a view but it was extremely comfortable, very clean and well equipped. The bed was very large and very comfortable too.

I could wax lyrical for hours about this place but of being concise I'll just say that it's extremely good value and the location couldn't be better if you're looking for a city break.

Finally we want to say a big thank you to every member of staff including our lovely Camarera who ensured that our room was perfect despite our untidiness!

We had a great stay at this well located hotel...we could see our favourite shops from the well-furnished, clean and comfortable bedroom (City View room) which was well-proportioned. Just being picky, the bathroom is a bit 'style over substance' - black fittings are not practical and the toilet/bidet combo needs an instruction leaflet but it's spacious and clean so this isn't a complaint. The service sets the hotel apart; they take a real pride in the personalisation from the welcome fruit juice, through to the complimentary fruit platter in our room and the amazing breakfast service. This is served in the rooftop restaurant and is a beautifully presented array of fresh food (cereals, cheese, cold cuts, pastries) which is kept topped up and served till 11am. There's also a small selection of made to order hot food with crepes and chocolate sauce being a real treat to start the day. All in all, this was a great stay and we will definitely consider Vincci hotels for future city breaks.

My wife and I spent 3 nights in Vincci Larios Diez. The location is superb, in the very center of Malaga direct at a pedestrian street. Our room was on the 1st floor vs the pedestrian street, but the room and window are very well isolated, so we didn't hear any noise from the street. Both the bedroom and the bathroom are very well equipped with all kind of amenities, you would expect from the level of hotel. The bar and restaurant are located on the 6th floor, where guests have a magnificent view over the old city and the cathedral.
We want to mention and underline the service level in this hotel, which is just outstanding. All functions (reception, cleaning, restaurant/bar) were always providing high-quality service, and we an only recommend this hotel.

We were going to stay at the Gran Miramar but so glad we didn’t.

The Larios Diez Hotel is really well located close the old town and main shopping district. Everything is within easy walking distance including the port, beach, Alcazaba. and Castillo de Gibralfaro.

This is a smallish, boutique hotel situated in a charming old building which was once a department store. Throughout the hotel, the decor is smart and modern. Everywhere in the hotel (including our room) was spotlessly clean and we often saw staff cleaning and tidying.

Our room was light, spacious and airy with floor to ceiling ‘French’ windows and a Juliette balcony. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The air conditioning (and heating) in the room was very efficient.

The hotel has a rooftop restaurant / bar which is where breakfast is served. It has great views across Malaga (including the Cathedral). The cocktails are excellent and very reasonably priced. The buffet breakfast was varied and tasty and you can have eggs / pancakes etc cooked to order.

Though we felt everything at the hotel was very good, the best thing about the hotel is the staff - they were excellent. Without exception they were efficient, friendly, and genuinely warm. We received great service and were made to feel very welcome - even the cleaning staff we encountered in the corridors gave us a big smile and a breezy ‘Hola’.

When we return to Malaga, we won’t be looking for any other hotels!..

As the name says, this hotel is very centrally located on Calle Larios which is the main pedestrian street in Malaga Old Town.

This quite small hotel is one of the newest hotels in Malaga. There was a lucrative opening offer when booking directly from Vincci Hotels. However, our booking was not found on arrival. Luckily, the hotel was not fully booked.

We booked the best room category which is called Luxe Essence. There are only two of this category room on the 5th Essence floor. In the middle of this floor, you can find a small service point with complimentary sweet and savory snacks and drinks.

Rooms at this hotel are on the smallish side. Our Luxe Essence room #507 was not very spacious inside. The terrace was big. Maybe the other Luxe Essence room #506 has a somewhat bigger interior.

These Luxe Essence rooms have a jacuzzi on their terraces but beware it is a small jacuzzi for adults. The diameter is around 1 meter. So it was a tight fit for an adult.

The breakfast is served on the top floor restaurant El Taller De Larios 10. It is also a tight-fit place if the breakfast is busy. The food selection was wide.

The most stunning part of this hotel is located on floors 2-4. It is an imposing open space between these floors. Luckily, we found it although we lived on the 5th floor.

The service was very friendly in the reception and the restaurant.

You can hear the noise if you’re in a room over the main pedestrian street. However, the hotel is in a great location if you wish to be in the heart of the city.
