We had booked for 5 nights on a room only basis although other options are available. We were impressed with the facilities and cleanliness of the hotel. The outdoor pool was heated to around 23 degrees with plenty of loungers and towels provided, there was also a small gym with various machines.

This small hotel was close to the sea, so very convenient to all of Torremolinos. The room was small but had all we needed, until 3 days into our holiday when the hot water went off. We managed with cold water, but really missed a hot shower. Carlos was very helpful and kept us up to date with the situation.

Apart from this great inconvenience we managed to keep clean with cold water.

The hotel is very clean and the staff and management were very friendly and helpful, especially Carlos who kept us informed about the lack of hot water, on a daily basis.

The breakfast was very substantial, serving hot and cold food (eggs were cooked as and when required).

The hotel was well situated for everything in Torremolinos.

Despite the problem with the hot water we would return.

The chef in the dining room was very obliging and cooked eggs (any style) to order.

No iron
No kettle
Free on street parking

Raul was very helpful in getting us another room when I found pieces of glass on the floor.

Isabella was so polite at breakfast and after the second day remembered our order lol
There was toast jams cereals pastries boiled eggs. But best of all a live cooking station making scrambled eggs or omelette with toppings and also crepe with syrup.

We were given a room in the basement which got very warm at night.

Aircon is not good.

I would probably not stay here again.

Response from trreception, Director General at Costa del Sol Torremolinos Hotel
Responded 24 Jan 2020
Dear Mrs. Ana, I would firstly like to express my apologies on behalf of himself and staff for any inconvenience that we have caused in relation to the facts referred to in your comments. Your opinion as well serves us to improve. Because of security reasons we don´t have iron in rooms. Kettle, however, we have together with coffee machine. We are glad to hear by the way that rest of services and installations were to your liking. We are grateful, too, that we make the same, as this helps us to continuously improve and provide the service quality we seek. Yours faithfully, Julio García General Manager

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Great location as it is only 10 mind from the airport and 2 mins walking to beech etc. Use Uber from airport cost is £10 but airport taxis charge £20.

The hotel rooms have kaaba direction arrow in the rooms and Muslim shower in the bathroom. There are quite few halal eating places nearby including Beruit restustant and take aways. The hotel staff are very friendly. All rooms have kettle for tea/coffee making facilities. The roons are very modern and of good size.

Granada by Alsa bus is only 2 hours which departs regularly from airport and bud station in Malaga.

I have stayed here twice, it is a great little hotel with a short walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. And super close to the airport. Towel change for 10euros deposit is brilliant especially if your travelling light. The staff are lovely and helpful. However I cannot help but feel some of the standards are slipping the second time around the pool had missing tiles with an attempt at shoddy repairs and lots of debris at the bottom, I did report this to reception. The cabana beds are no longer there which is a shame. And unfortunately our room smelled of smoke upon arrival we had to go and buy an air freshener from the supermarket next door. Those are the reasons for only 3 stars.

With a location only 200 meters from the beach, this fine hotel is a good choice.
The hotel is very tastefully decorated, has a pool that is well adapted to the size of the 32 rooms available.
Cleaning every day and very clean.
High and personal service with room service if desired.
The staff is happy and friendly.
I would especially like to mention Alexjandro who is 110% service-minded.

I booked a double room with terrace for a 3 night stay. I'd never been to Torremolinos before but was keen to avoid the all inclusive hotels. Room 112 was perfect and definitely the best room with a huge balcony. The room was well soundproofed from the noise from the road. The bed was incredibly comfy, although I can imagine a little hard for some travellers. The air-conditioning was quiet and effective. The bathroom was perfect and clean. Breakfast was a buffet style with a huge selection....must remember to wear plastic gloves! The team as a whole were very friendly and helpful. The lady serving at breakfast was a bit miserable, maybe she's not a morning person! There are plenty of restaurants within walking difference and it's only 5 minutes to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

You might not think it, judging by its neon sign, modest neighbourhood surroundings, or its highly generic name, but once inside, the Costa del Sol Torremolinos is a quality boutique establishment of black-tile chic. Finishes and furniture are contemporary and exemplary in quality and cleanliness, and the reception staff go above and beyond, helping with one's luggage unbidden. We needed only a one-night stay, but next time we're in Torremolinos, it would be high on our list of places to stay for the duration. Bonus is the café opposite, which provides a fine breakfast.

Due to the circumstances and the number of cases rising in Spain, I had to cancel the little holiday I had organised for my partner birthday. I had email them to explain the situation and the only answer was : We will NOT refund you because the hotel is open. Nothing else, we are open who cares if you loose money. Not worth visiting a place who only cares about making money, without caring about the change of circumstances and the crisis. Awful

What a nice hotel and friendly staff. Just a street away from the beach. All nice new modern rooms. Carlos at the front desk was very helpful when we needed directions and recommendations to nice places to eat. A young lad in the bar/ restaraunt was very nice to talk to. Pool is a bit on the smaller side but never had a problem getting a sun lounger or it being too busy. Breakfast had lots of selection but no bacon or sausage, no problem for me but just letting others know. Will definatly stay again.
