Came in March for a break weather not great but the hotel made up for it
Although busy on arrival drinks were given out while waiting for check in. All inclusive bands given out so holiday started .rooms ready even though we were early.
Situated towards to edge of Torremolinos, easy access to the Prom, extensive walking area, not to busy (March). Ten minutes (uphill) from Metro/train.
Spotless hotel. Staff excellent, pleasant and efficient.
Room comfortable, walk in shower.
Food offering a substantial range, fresh fruit and salad galore....More

Jackie there is no such thing as a rainy season in the costa del sol ,my wife sue and myself owned and ran a business in fuengirola just up the coast a little , we lived in torremelinos for 4 years , we had a little rain now and then but nothing to really talk about , and may I suggest , that when you go to the riu , that you take your own travel kettle as there are no tea/ coffee making facilities in your room , or any room for that matter , there is also a general store right opposite the hotel where you can get ‘leche’ wich is the Spanish for milk. You can also get sugar , and an English paper EVRY morning , there is also a-pharmacy right across the road for emergency’s hope this helps have a great time , the riu is a real nice place , enjoy it , kindest regards ken
