My husband & I stayed 5 nights at this hotel.
The 1st room they gave us was really noisy, but we were moved with out any hassle to another the next day.
Breakfast was a basic typical 3* buffet style.
It's in a great location for sightseeing in a street full of tapas bars & restaurants
If we were visiting Granada again, we would stay at this hotel.

We booked this hotel for a 3 night stay as it looked really nice, good reviews and we wanted somewhere witha a bit of luxury. On arrival at the hotel it looked great from the outside and also in reception and throughout the hotel. We went up to our room which was quite nice but very hot inside,so hot in fact that we opened the window and room door as well as putting on the A/C.The A/C wasn't working so we went to reception and where told that it didn't work in all of the rooms when the heating was on in the hotel ! With the window open and the room door it was still unbearable and we where offered another room which was an inner room (as the hotel is round) with views over the roof!(even though we booked a room with mountain views)We where told the choice is to move into a room 1/2 the size with no view or stay as we where and listen to to constant noise from the motorway with the window open, the receptionist actually said "it cools down in the evening, and it depends how much time...
