We booked this through British Airways Holidays. The Hotel is very well located, opposite El Corte Inglese, a short walk from the centre of Granada. The airport bus stops and picks up right outside. Restaurants and bars are in abundance nearby. The reception staff are pleasant and efficient. There were no problems with our check in or out. The room was...

Good fairly standard central hotel, comfortable and well appointed; classic Spanish marble floors and walls but not ultra-modern. Self-service breakfast was good. We were on a coach tour and we also had a self-service buffet evening meal with plenty of choice. I've commented that the value was average as I don't know how much the tour operator paid for this...

Unfortunately the poor air quality in the rooms spoiled the experience. Thus not recommended! Service is friendly and helpfull. The facility is nice. Location is very central. Own private garage for cars very convenient!

Very nice hotel in center of town, walking distance to all the places to see around, full of bars and restaurants, shops, everything is near, just in front of El Corte Ingles, nice shopping center! Very friendly staff and very good breakfast.

The location is perfect, near to the cathedral, shopping and tapas bars. The hotel was comfortable in all respects apart from the restaurant food which was well below par - and cold! People were queuing up to warm up their food in the microwave. That being said, I´d stay here again because of the location but I´d give the food...

The hotel is conveniently located right smack in the centre of town - there are malls and plenty of shops plus restaurants, and it's within walking distance of the cathedral. Bed was good, bath was decent, breakfast wasn't bad either.

We were part of of a tour group who stayed for 2 nights and it would not be my choice of hotel if we stayed in Granada again. Check in by our tour leader was good and the front desk staff were very helpful when we asked them questions later on. The room was fine - the bathroom shower was...

We were only here one night, but enjoyed our stay. This is a nice hotel, convenient to the downtown area. The restaurant in the hotel was good, recommend the pasta with bolognese for dinner, although everyone who was in our party seemed to enjoy their meal.

We were on a bus tour and found the location to be good, opposite a department store. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, room large, and wifi. Breakfast on day one was mayhem with lots of groups. Day two was fine.
