Perfect size and price for a night or two in Granada. Very clean and simple and quiet. Just what I needed. Helpful staff. Definitely would stay here again. Had a room that opened on to Joaquin costa which was under construction but since it was Semana Santa no one seemed to be working. Could imagine it gets loud during the day if construction is going on.
A really nice place - room's excellent - Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel is situated close to the Alhambra - adjacent to bus services. Lots of shopping around. Plug for bar up the road ' Nueva Bodega Restaurant " excellent welcome. We will definitely stay here next time we visit
This hotel was really amazing! The room was so clean and beautiful, the bathroom was pretty and updated, the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated right near so many great tapas places and within walking distance to Plaza Nueva, where many walking tours leave from, as well as the taxicab stand. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're taking a trip to Granada.
The location of this hotel could not have been better. Surrounded by lovely tapas restaurants, cafés and bars and with Alhambra and the Albaicin quarters within walking distance. Clean and classy hotel, friendly receptionists. I can’t comment on the Breakfast as we went to one of the nearby cafés each morning. Note! If you travel by car, make sure to reserve a parking lot upfront. We spent a good 90 minutes trying to find a vacant spot near the hotel and the GPS kept suggesting a route reserved for cabs and buses... heads-up for very narrow streets ;)
We stayed 3 nights, first room no wifi but the staff didn’t hesitate to move us the next day to another room. Very small. But a nice bathroom and lovely furnishings. Disappointed with the breakfast! A cold buffet, had I known in advance I wouldn’t have paid extra for breakfast and gone out for it. My trip spoilt by the fact the only place to put my small suitcase to pack was on the bed or a chair. Rather than put it on the lovely white bed linen I used the chair. (There was a small table but that was along side the far bed against the wall, not suitable for packing. The suitcase, nearly packed, tipped off the chair which was real,y too small for the job, all the contents came out, and on arriving home I discovered I didn’t have my Apple headphones which I remembered packing. Phoned the hotel, they have them, but even when I said I would send a stamped addressed envelope, their po,icy is not to forward items left behind. I’m frustrated because if I hadn’t balanced the case on the chair they’d have been in the case! It has taken the shine off my stay there as I now hav3 to buy a new set when they’re in the hotel!…
