The location couldn't be better for the Alhambra, enabling us to collect our tickets the day before entry and thus avoiding and queue. The room was pleasant with a view over an olive grove at the rear of the hotel, so very quiet. The bathroom was spacious enough but needed a little attention ( crack in the loo seat, but...

The hotel is situated 'up the hill' adjacent to the Alhambra. It was a 15 minute, €10 taxi ride from the railway station.(metered). The walk into town centre was downhill on a pedestrian pathway alongside the Alhambra walls. We returned using the C3 bus @€1.20 each. This is a circular route and runs until mid evening. We ate tapas, pizza...

We were in the annex up the street, the room had a nice patio, it was quiet with lots of hot water. I chose this hotel because there was parking available across the street at 15.50 euro a day but the neighborhood is dead at night all the restaurants except the hotel (basic food) are closed and you need to...

We loved our stay at the Guadalupe Hotel. We had a wonderful room that was well-equipped and very quiet. Breakfast was good and the hotel is in a beautiful location near Alhambra and a short walk down a hill and through a forest to the most interesting part of town. Highly recommended.

This is a clean and well appointed hotel with excellent service and a good restaurant. It is just steps away from the Alhambra site. It is quite a distance from downtown Granada, all down hill, so a taxi into to town is recommended.

Like a lot of hotels or addresses in Spain, they can be a challenge to find, what with narrow, winding streets in the old parts of towns. Guadalupe Hotel in Granada is no exception. GPS got us in the general vicinity, and after a wrong turn or two, we parked within walking distance and carried our luggage to check in....

We have enjoyed luxury service on a budget. Everything was clean, bathroom included nice amenities. We had issues with our toilet flushing; staff responded immediately. Bedding was quite luxurious, and more than adequate for the weather. Our room faced the Alhambra! Breakfast was included in our plan. While we are not big breakfast eaters, the buffet was a good way...

Fixed price 3 course lunch menu for 12.80 euros including a drink of your choice. Lovely colonial style restaurant on the first floor with welcoming service. Large windows, with view towards the Alhambra, overlooking the car park on the other side of the road.

Great example of a small hotel that "gets" good service. Plain and simple and not pricey. Reception was warm, bar welcoming and dinner in hotel restaurant excellent, with imaginative food selections and attentive service. Rooms are clean and comfortable, tv has two English channels and views from petite balconies are charming. And all for well under a 100 Euro.

This hotel is in an excellent location for visiting the Alhambra. However the parking was quite inconvenient as it was a 5 minute drive away from the hotel, which is fine unless you have travelled a couple of hundred miles and the heat of the day has wiped you out. The rooms are quite small, but the beds are large...
