I booked a room with views to the Plaza and with balconies. I for sure got balconies, as I got a corner room I got four of them; I even had a balcony from the bathroom. It was a great room in that sense; with high ceilings and large French doors with a style that takes you back to the...

Plaza Nueva is the centre of the old part of Granada. A few minutes walk up the hill to the East is the Alhambra while a few minutes walk to the West is the 'Gran Via' and Calle Reyes Catolicos forming the heart of the modern commercial city with expensive designer shops to boot. All around Plaza Neuva in the...

We have been to Granada many times, but this was our first time at this hotel. Our top floor corner room had balconies on two sides and great views over the Plaza Nueva and to the Alhambra and the Sacromonte Valley. The rrom was spacious and comfortable, and surprisingly quite given the location. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I spent one night at Hotel Plaza Nueva before taking off on our driver up the coast to Barcelona. I chose this hotel because it is very convenient to the Alhambra which we visited. The hotel was very comfortable. Only issue was parking and hauling of luggage. Parking for the hotel is extremely limited so we had...

The hotel isn't much. It's old, it's not comfortable, but it's location is one of the best in Granada. You're a step away from Alhambra, city center, Albaicin, Sacromonte, etc. And it's not expensive also. So you may loose some comfort to get this location! They have parking. It costs 20€ a day (normal price for Granada), but be sure...

Yes, it is facing right into Plaza Nueva, a great location with literally hundreds of tapas bars and attracting right at your door. Some of the best tapas I had in Spain was in a bar one minute away. However, expect your room to be old, with a mediocre bed, and expect to listen to people partying in the streets...

If you want to stay right in the heart of it all then this place is for you! Albeit a bit noisy at times (to be expected with the location) Hotel Plaza Nueva is a great, affordable hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a room with windows that opened out to the street below, therefore was probably...

The location was perfect with lots of restaurants nearby, Granada Cathedral, Alhambra and a few more. If you want to have peaceful night, avoid the rooms in overlooking the square. A perfect budget hotel to stay in Granada.

When we first turned up, the hotel didn't have our reservation, even though we had an email from Expedia confirming our booking. They did manage to find us a place to stay for the night and told us to return the next day, when a room would become available. However, when we got this room, the toilet flush wasn't working....
