Stayed at Rambutan for 4 nights with a group of 4. Had our own apartment with a kitchen and bathroom which was perfect! Comfy beds and the best wifi connection I've ever had in a hostel! Lovely balcony with an awesome view of the Alhambra (see photo). Isa was so helpful with drawing out maps and she makes a mean...

I traveled Europe by myself for one year and the Rambutan was by far my favorite (not just because it's where I happened to meet my future husband!) This is not the easiest hostel to get to, but once you do, it's so worth it. I met some amazing people and had a great time. You can sleep in a...

Great place I was lucky enough to stumble upon. Fantastic views, great vibe. Nice rooms with only 4 beds per rm, plus your own fridge! Hard to find but works in your favor if you are happy to stay just outside the hub. Wish I could have stayed longer! Overlooks Alhambra castle. Only small criticism, pillows could be better. Would...

Me and my girlfriend stayed at rambutan for 6 days (after extending our stay as it was so good). The place is very relaxed with a homely comfortable vibe. The hostel looks out onto one of the best view in Granada at the alhambra. The vibe was t best we have ever had. Really nice place to meet people, relax...

Can not recomend it enough! Amazing view of the Alhambra, and the people who run it are the nicest! Sebastian, Isa and James really know how to make you feel comfortable and they will give you indications to places you can not miss. It has internet, hot water, a kitchen and warm and welcoming people. All you need! I really...

It is a bit difficult to find, but once you are there you won't want to leave. I could not have imagined a more perfect location to enjoy the nightlife of Granada and the caves of Sacromonte. Buy a bottle of wine and watch the city and castle lights come on from the patio.

A lovely backpackers in sacromonye with a breathtaking view, the place feels more like a home but the staff are amazing especially isabel, they have a beautiful friendly dog, i felt a bit old so its certainly a place for the younger crowd, its hard to find but worth the hike up the hill. Id reccomend the tours they offer,...

This hostel is situated quite far up the hill and was difficult to find. We ended up at the wrong place but got directions off of a local. The trek up the hill is definitely worth it, the view of the Alhambra is incredible and it is only a fifteen minute walk away. We stayed in a private double that...

I can't imagine a nicer place to stay in Granada. I had the place to myself, travelling in February. Asa was so nice and drawing endless maps in my quest to find a jam session (and this despite feeling unwell), I probably drove her mad! The scenery is just marvelous- great views, nice room to hang out in, balcony with...

“If you don't want to sleep in communal rooms, the double room has more privacy and a double bed. If the owner offers the chance to sleep on the terrace - usually available only if the hostel is full - you should jump at the chance, it is very comfortable.”
