Plenty of bad reviews dating back some years. In my opinion you get what you pay for and you pay very little to stay here... That doesn't mean you get very little. The building is a little decrepit, the rooms sub-divisions of more elegant space. Beds work. Water works. Loos work. And you fall out of bed and into the...

On the road from Granada town towards the Alhambra, this horrible posada has only it's location to offer. All the rest is miserable: room on the top floor that looked like a pigeonloft. Very hot in august with no aircon. Noisy neighbors, so no sleep. The pool was closed for reconstruction, in summer! Messy impression in the rest of the...

It's an absolute hoot reading these reviews in August 2013. We stayed there by accident in March 1988 and it appears it hasn't changed at all. This almost gives you faith in humanity! The roof leaked, it was cold, dirty, very basic indeed, run by a genial mad-man, but it was superbly situated just across from the Alhambra so we...

I went to this guesthouse where I stayed for 2 nights one week ago. The positive aspect of the guesthouse is clearly its location just in front of the alhambra and about 15 minutes walking from the center of the city. However, the negative aspects are so numerous. We were welcome by a man who clearly did not know anything...

I stayed here back in 2005. I'm writing a review because I've held this place in high regard of accommodation since then. And after reading all the reviews, I feel like I need to write a positive one for them because of how nice they were to us. We arrived super late. Way after check-in. The night watch man (an...

Keeping in mind that we're not travel illiterate people and have stayed in a fair share of budget hostels, it's pretty shocking for us to have to dish out such a poor review. When we called asking for directions and help, they asked for the name of the hostel they were meant to be operating?!?! They were unbelievably rude and...

We arrived late at night, around 10pm and went straight to bed. It felt kind of deserted and dark, except for a young woman staff at the reception. No wi-fi so I used the only computer at the main hall to check bus route for the next day. Thank god, the staff was friendly and helpful to help me understand...

We chose this one because of price, and the location from Alhambra. My friend went buy the tickets early in the morning and the ticket office is just few metres from there. But the owner was old and neurotic, he was acting like my grandpa..there is internet kiosk in the hall, but he couldnt allowed me to finish the reservation...

This hostel was by far the weirdest place we´ve stayed whilst travelling in Spain. At first sight we couldn´t find the reception desk due to the dark dingey room! The staff were too busy eating their dinner and made our arrival seem a hassle. The communal reception area was very uninviting and it seemed that very little effort was being...
