Can’t say enough good things about this wonderful hotel in Seville. We spent four nights here and had high expectations ahead of our arrival, based on the excellent reviews we had read. Our experience exceeded even our highest expectations - from the moment we arrived until the minute we left. Our check-in from Anouar was exceptional and we felt very warmly welcomed indeed. The glass of cava at check in is a lovely touch (and one we have come to associate mainly with 5* establishments, so think it’s wonderful this hotel offers the gesture to guests). Personally, we feel this hotel is more than deserving of 5 stars and hope it may achieve this award in time. In the room we received complimentary chocolates as H10 Club members, and a voucher for complimentary cocktails. Again, lovely gestures. The room itself was beautiful, spacious and highly comfortable with a view to the street beneath. Coffee provided was delicious and we had ours at nighttime with yummy cakes from a nearby patisserie. Beds very comfortable and air con extremely efficient in the near 40°c temps. This is important! The hotel had a beautiful perfume aroma in the reception areas which was very nice coming in from the hot city. The rooftop bar/plunge pool is a true highlight for this hotel - much bigger than we expected with a very nice pool, friendly attentive staff and super cocktails (the cosmopolitans especially). Breakfast is excellent with a wide range of options to choose from and served either in the restaurant or courtyard, as per your choosing. The courtyard made for a very relaxing start to each day and the chef’s specials (which changed daily) were all delicious. There were also various sweet treats each morning which we were only too happy to sample! Whilst staple items remained in place throughout our trip, there was a good variety of items which changed to keep the breakfast interesting each morning (if you are there for more than a day or two). So far, this is the very best breakfast we have had in Spain. Special thanks to Anouar, Cristina and Adrian for making our stay particularly memorable and for going above and beyond to showcase the warmth and hospitality of beautiful Sevilla! We hope to return to H10 Casa de La Plata in the near future - so charming it was!

We stayed at this upscale new hotel in Sevilla for four nights in early May 2023 on the fourth leg of a four week visit to Spain. We were attracted to the H10 Casa de la Plata because of its very positive reviews, its central location on a pedestrian street within walking distance of major tourist sites and its reasonable rates. We arrived by taxi from the Sevilla train station to the edge of the pedestrian area in which the hotel is located and reached the hotel on foot just a two or three minutes later. We entered the tiled and airy lobby and were very warmly welcomed and enjoyed complimentary glasses of Spanish sparkling wine while our check-in was efficiently processed by clearly well-trained reception staff who went out of their way to make our arrival as easy as possible. We had booked a Double Sevilla room and were assigned room 220 which was roomy, nicely furnished, very clean and full of light with a stunning ensuite bathroom. The hotel also boasts an impressive rooftop pool and patio, where we enjoyed complimentary welcome drinks as H10 Club members. The Hotel is located in the Casco Antiguo district of Sevilla and is within walking distance of the Sevilla Cathedral, the Alcazar, La Casa del Flamenco, the principal shopping streets (Sierpes and Cuna) and a vast selection of restaurants. Notwithstanding its excellent facilities and great location, what really made the hotel stand out for us was the staff: the front desk staff was consistently professional, engaged, solicitous and very well informed about area restaurants; the housekeeping staff also was diligent and thorough. Overall, we were very impressed with H10 Casa de la Plata which exceeded our expectations and which we would recommend without hesitation.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel during our trip to Sevilla and absolutely loved it. We both agree this is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at! The location is unbeatable - walkable to everything and right next to great restaurants, shops, and a small grocery store for basic needs. The lobby is gorgeous and smells heavenly. The room had all that we needed - in particular, the soaps in the room are to die for and I am ready to buy a bottle to have at home (orange blossom scent characteristic of the classic oranges in Sevilla). Most of all, the service was so memorable and we would really like to thank Fran at the front desk for his hospitality. Upon arrival, my luggage had been lost by the airline, but Fran cheered us up immediately and assured us that he would be on the lookout for my bag. Sure enough, when it was delivered the next day, he personally delivered it to our room. He gave fantastic recommendations including a delicious tapas restaurant where we had dinner (La Bodega Alfalfa). We miss this hotel already and will be on the lookout for other H10 hotels throughout our travels.

I usually don’t post too much, I try to leave my comments exclusively for the best and worst services given these are the most impactful experiences after all. A few days ago, on Saturday April 27th 2024, I arrive to Seville with my sister and a close friend. We checked in our hotel, the H10 Casa de la Plata. We booked a triple bed, but to our surprise it was really a double bed with a sofa (not a sofa bed) - I'm pointing this out because a sofa is typically where guests usually land their bags, luggages pieces, etc, and should be disinfected, along with the the other furniture pieces. After our first night, my friend (who slept on the sofa) woke up with multiple bites all over her skin: in the face, back, arms, legs. These bites (as you can see in the pics) were like forming a line. We looked it up online and most sources aligned with being “bed bugs”. We immediately called the front desk to let them know what was happening, requested a change of rooms and to have her pajama washed. Unfortunately in the next few hours she developed a severe allergic reaction to the bites, we went to the closest pharmacy and got her checked and the bed bugs were confirmed. We bought a couple of ointments to help with the allergy and bites spread. Very disappointingly, when we came back to the hotel the new concierge wasn’t aware of the whole situation, apparently this episode didn’t escalate to admin. They changed us to another room on the same floor, never found out if the other room was being sanitized or not. In all honesty, the fact they ignored the situation became truly frustrating. I have never had a bed bugs experience before this one, but from what I have heard or read it is supposed to be a critical situation, highly transmittable to other guests. Also, it wasn’t a cheap hotel, when you pay for a premium price comes with the expectation of a better service overall. We got reallocated to a smaller room (the rate wasn’t adjusted), smaller bathroom, no reimbursement for the ointments nor any amendment for all the inconvenience, specially to my friend. It’s been five days and she still has the bites (last picture). I’m posting this because the H10 hotels admin has to be aware how we were treated as clients, the poor sanitation and maintenance rooms received after so much traffic of people (bed bugs on the sofa), they need to at least cover the additional expenses apart for having my friend to cope with the physical inconvenience from the bites. It is a shame that today, in a world where this situations could be announced publicly, “prestigious” hotels aren’t taking the proper action.

Dear Mrs. Nesci: I hope you find well. As I told you in my last email, I am pleased to reiterate overtly that the fact that you indicate has not occurred in our hotel. We have the relevant evidence and proof as after your departure and not only by verification of our staff, but we also requested the services of a specialised disinfestation company that has issued us a report that we do not have this type of insect. After three days of blocking the room while it was studied to make the relevant tests, we can confirm today that different customers have stayed in this room without any incident. That is why we cannot, as I explained to you, make any refund because definitely in our hotel (with the certificate of the external company) there are no such insects and it would not be honest from my side to make a refund for something that has not happened in our facilities. As you know, you have been asking for a refund since the beginning. I am so sorry that all the explanations given to you by my staff and also by the front desk manager (Susana Sevillano) have not been valid and our humble opinion is that maybe you are trying to use this medium to get a refund. So just checked out and need to leave my review as I lay in the sun by the bar at the roof top pool. My friend and I have stayed here for 5 days and the hotel has made it for us. The location is great, in the pedestrian part but when wandering through the streets back it was so centrally located we just came upon it rather than had to seek it out. Room was big, we had a junior suite, nice sofa, shower and the toilet lit up at night, fancy we thought. Breakfast in lowest level had a little outside atrium to eat in , was lovely around a fountain and the breakfast laid out like a kitchen. What made this so good was the staff, from the reception, room attendants and waiting staff, everyone especially Encarnti, I think that’s right is the most efficient person I may have ever met and seemed to pop up everywhere as well as another gentleman who was so incredibly happy and helpful and too seemed to cover every inch of this place, Great place, don’t read about other hotels, book this one!

This hotel is a gem of a find: if you are going up Seville I would highly recommend this hotel. From the initial booking over the phone to checking the customer service was outstanding. The room 309 with a view down the small Spanish street was beautiful. Complimentary drink on arrival and registered to be a H10 member we received 2 cocktails in the very well appointed rooftop bar: the reception area is ideal for relaxing and planning your day: special shout out to the reception staff who booked our boat trip for us and ordered our taxis ( even walked us down the street to ensure that we were met by taxi) room was very comfortable and spotless: gave us recommendations for touts and restaurants and bars on checking in : excellent A must if you’re travelling to Seville.

My boyfriend and I booked and cancelled 3 different hotels in the approach to our Seville trip to ensure we had the best hotel at value for money. We are so pleased that we swapped last minute and went for this incredible place for 3 nights.
The arrival was exceptional. Complimentary cava whilst the receptionist circled points of interest for us on a map and gave us a printed list of recommendations.
The room was beautiful, clean, cool, luxurious products and a toiletry bag full of little bits such as a razor, toothbrushes etc. It’s worth nothing that we were given an inland view and not the street view I paid for at a slight premium, but I didn’t challenge this because it was beautiful and we were happy, I’m sure they’d have rectified this if I wasn’t.
The breakfast is simply outstanding, we sat in the courtyard and slowly ate through all sorts of delicious items. I loved the hotels use of what I assume must be dinner leftovers - some really delicious cakes and side dishes that were very unexpected and changing every day. I’d return for the breakfast alone!!
There is a wardrobe in the courtyard full of books to borrow and leave too. Including guide books that aid our exploration around town. This hotel is perfectly located!
The plunge pool was lovely to sit in with a drink betweeen 4-6pm to cool down - rooftop bar snacks were bigger than expected and delicious. I’m not keen on the fake plant fence behind the pool when the rest of the hotel is so visually appealing, tiles would perhaps be more aesthetically pleasing, but this is just fussiness!
We had some time to kill before our flight home so lounged on the sofa eating complimentary sweets reading our books whilst our luggage was in storage. We felt very looked after and will be recommending this hotel to everyone!!

Just returned from a fabulous stay in Seville. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We were fortunate to get a nice 3rd floor room with views down the street towards the cathedral, it was lovely to sit on the window seat and watch the world pass by. Location couldn’t be better, central within a short walking distance of all the sights in a pedestrian area. Make sure you ask for some tapas recommendations, we were sent somewhere that we would never have found ourselves, a real locals hangout and had some amazing food.

We loved staying at H10 Casa de la Plata for our stay in Seville. The hotel is a beautiful space upon entry with a lovely and relaxing lobby area. The room and bathroom were spacious with a good set of amenities (coffee machine, fridge, hair dryer, slippers) and a perfect place to unwind after a long day of sight-seeing.
Staff were so warm and welcoming during the entire stay. Upon check-in we were delighted to have a complimentary glass of cava whilst the check-in staff were giving an overview of the local area, itinerary suggestions and tapas recommendations.
A very handy location just minutes away from Metropol Parasol (The Mushrooms). Ten mins away from Royal Alcazar. We also found the place we had booked to see flamenco (Casa de la Memoria, also recommend!) was also only minutes away from the hotel. Alfalfa is nearby with many tapas options and the hotel is right next to a Carrefour. This meant that we were able to plan our days with ease always knowing the hotel was somewhat nearby.

Wow! Where to start!!! Everything about this hotel is amazing! From the friendly and informative welcome of the reception/check in staff through to the cleanliness of the hotel and everything in between is just first class! Really centrally located just 2mins walk to Setas, right in the heart of the shops, bars and restaurants yet inside the hotel it’s incredibly tranquil and quiet. The rooms and en-suites are well thought out and comfortable with special attention paid to the small details…. Nespresso machines in the room, robe & slippers on the bathroom, incredible pillows, fully stocked mini bar, a lovely extra large rain shower, large smart tvs, incredible art and amazing housekeeping! The reception staff were amazing, full of info and smiles, happy to help with baggage storage, offering you a glass of ice cold cava on your arrival. Breakfast here (included in our rate but can be purchase for €18) was absolutely delicious - fresh, great choice of hot and cold and you can even order freshly prepared churros and pancakes (we haven’t tried these yet but will do on our last morning). all of the public areas of the hotel are really well designed, stylish and comfy…. Not to Mention the rooftop pool and cocktail bar which in a city as hot as this (we are here 24-27 March and it’s 29•c!!) is a little paradise and great for a lovely couple of hours chilling, looking out over the city and catching a little bit of sun!
