The Hotel is located just behind Plaza de Espana. Walking distance to all central attractions. There are taxis just across the street (even at 4.30 a.m. when we checked out). Easy access from the airport (EA bus - San Bernardo). An bout 7 euros taxi ride to the Santa Justa train station. The staff is professional and effective. The room...

Modern, professional hotel with everything you can wish for. A large garage for small cars under the hotel, 11 floors, restaurants, spa and pools. Nice and tidy with very designed rooms with huge beds. The rooms lacked a few things however; a water boiler and a safe would have been nice. Light switches in the rooms seem to have multi-functions...

We stayed in this spaciously elegant hotel for a week and enjoyed it very much. It's located just outside of the very centre of the city which is within easy walking distance. Just up the road, too, is the fine María Luisa Park. Public transportation is close-by as well. Restaurants just around the corner, and down the street a great...

We were very pleasantly surprised about this hotel. Whilst it does not look modern from the outside, the hotel inside is new and modern. The rooms are lovely! We got our laundry done and it came back in perfect condition. There is a very good gym as well. Would definitely come back again. Five minute walk to the metro station....

We do not want to be Goldilocks & The Three Bears - The Bed was too Firm for us - we put the extra duvet on the mattress and that helped for one night - when the bed was changed the extra duvet was taken away - the plastic duvet container was left in the closet.

The location was perfect. Close to public transport and local restaurants. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast super expensive but you can eat for cheaper local. We went during the Holy Week and it was perfect location to avoid noise from the celebrations. Negatives - window did not shut flush. Could hear noise overnight. Pool lovely but building could do with...

This hotel is pretty good, but we were a bit scared about going there after reading that someone had been robbed the week before in the reception area. Every time we entered and exited the hotel (at least twice a day), there were security on the door watching everyone. It was great, we felt a lot safer with all the...

We stayed here for 4 nights over the Easter weekend. We booked via Expedia and it cost approx. £1,000 so our expectations were high and we are happy to say they were met. We booked this hotel as it is a short walk into the tourist centre and also because it had a pool. The walk into the centre via...

Looks worn from the outside but you enter a fully renovated hotel. Very friendly reception. Parking in the building (at cost). Free wifi. Early April but beautiful weather so the outdoor swimming pool was in service (pool bar closed). Rooms on the top Floor = calm. Nice, clean, modern rooms with all amenities. Across an avenue from the plaza de...

Check in fast and efficient. I liked the location, quiet, residential area just 10 minutes walk to the tourist areas, with a supermarket and some small, local bars and restaurants for dinner, drinks and snacks close by. Room was well designed and seemed recently renovated but was already looking a little worn around the edges. I have to echo other...
