We love that the location is situated at the heart of Barrio Santa Cruz where everywhere is walkable. The room is well-kept but you must remember to bring your own toiletries at they only provide very basic ones like shampoo and bar soap. The hotel staff could be friendlier and warmer though.

This medium sized hotel is on a quiet pedestrian-only street adjacent to busier streets full of shops and restaurants and near several of the main tourist attractions. Their rooftop terrace has an amazing view of their cathedral's iconic tower and although they don't serve up there guests arranged their own food and beverages (the restaurant across the way will provide much of that as carry out as l. The room was good sized for Spain and had 24/7 hot water which is great for those of us who shower in the evening. It has more english speaking TV stations than any other hotel we visited, good free wifi and a minibar. The heating/AC in the room is fine, it has a staff and decent storage. Lastly the front desk was very helpful and and even arranged for a taxi driver to come to the lobby and help us walk through the pedestrian-only street to the nearest parking.

We loved hotel Murillo, very clean with friendly, helpful staff. The public areas are beautiful. It is situated very near to the Jardines de Murillo and took us 15 minutes to walk from the train station. A short walk through the maze of medieval streets led us to the stunning cathedral and the real alcazar and gardens. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet which is a simple but adequate continental offering. For lunch and dinner there is a myriad of tapas bars and restaurants on the doorstep, our favourite was the tapas bar adjacent to the hotel. We thought the hotel very good value for money, our room rate included breakfast and a free mini bar, we booked directly with the hotel. When we return to Seville we will be staying at the Hotel Murillo, thankyou for a great stay.

Hotel is in a great location within walking distance of every major sight. And our room with the outdoor deck/patio was really nice for an afternoon drink, especially with the sun shining right on the deck. The rooftop terrace is also great for an afternoon sit if you don't have a patio. Considering its central location (above a tapas bar) it was surprisingly quiet. The buffet breakfast was also very good and came with the room. The staff was great and even helped us do a wash/dry in their adjoining hotel property. So overall it was by far the best value considering the $$ we spent, and especially compared to hotels in Madrid and Granada. Without a doubt would book this hotel when I am back

Very central to main attractions in Seville and very close to great local tapas and restaurants. Easy walk to all places that I was interested in and the local tapas places were usually not overpriced. Most of these local tapas has been in business for several decades too.

Charming little hotel in the heart of Barrio Santa Cruz. Location was fantastic - everywhere walkable - Cathedral, Palace, restaurants, parks, flamenco shows. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice but the discount on breakfasts for your whole stay should be offered after your first day’s breakfast rather than as you check in!!
Would advise booking tickets for Palace and Cathedral in advance to avoid queues.

We were offered an upgrade to a room with terrace + minibar included for only 20€ more. It was totally worth it! The hotel is right downtown, with plenty of options for food. We rented a scooter (patinete) from the square behind the hotel to see Plaza de España and Maria Luisa Park.

We spent 4 nights at Hotel Murillo and couldn’t have been happier with the location and the helpful staff especially, Jaime, who provided outstanding service and suggestions. We upgraded our room to a stay in Apartment #31, with a small terrace, refrigerator and microwave, located in a building directly across from the hotel. Rooms are spotlessly clean and all the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We especially liked the location because it’s away from most street noise. There are multiple streets nearby with quaint shops and lots of restaurants.

This is a great hotel right in close to the cathedral and other historic locations. Everything is walkable within 10 minutes. There are loads of cafes and bars nearby so don’t worry about B&B or half-board.

The hotels is very simply and clean. It does exactly what is says in its description but do remember it’s only 2 star so don’t expect ultimate luxury.

The reception staff are really helpful and go out of their way to ensure that you are happy.

The rooms are clean and tidy and the bed is comfortable albeit space is a bit tight. Generally the immediate area is quiet but you do get internal sound from other guests.

The bathroom is clean and the water pressure is good for a shower. Some toiletries are provided.

At this time of the year (March) the air conditioning was not working but you can sleep with the window open.

There is a lovely little terrace at the top with great views of the city but the bar was not open at the moment. However, is a nice area to sit out and read.

There is no room safe but the reception will store your valuables.

A great hotel for a short city break.

The location is very close, within short walking distance, to all the major Seville attractions. Historic Seville was not built for automobiles, and there is no way to drive up to the hotel. We got as close as Waze could get us, my wife walked to the hotel and returned with a very friendly, helpful staff member who guided me to the parking and walked us back to the hotel.
The room was exactly as advertised, clean with a nice modern bathroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There are lots of interesting restaurants for all tastes within walking distance.
Seville is an amazing city to visit, we will return, and we will stay at this hotel.

We actually never had breakfast at the hotel. I’d asume it should be around 7 to 11am. There is a nice place just in front of the hotel!!
