Stayed here as part of Cosmos Tours Location - good and convenient location as it is a 10 minute walk from the Metropol Parasol (has a market, restaurants, bars, etc.). Shopping area is also near. There are also convenience stores, restaurants, coin laundry, and banks close by. Rooms - one of the few 3 star hotels that has an electric...

Standard room but huge bathrooms with 2 sinks? Best thing is easy to walk around. Many shops, restaurants and supermarket nearby. Just take a leisurely 15 walk and you will be in the town center. Their breakfast coffee and Churros were GOOD !

Room was comfortable and clean and the bathroom outstanding (we had a double vanity!) but the best part of this hotel is its location as it's within easy walking distance of shopping, great little restaurants, and even the cathedral and Real Alcazar.

The room itself was brilliant - spacious, modern and clean. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety. The location was good - only 10-15 mins walk from the centre and the same from the train station. The only thing that let it down was the staff, we were kept waiting at reception, although the staff were there, just ignoring...

I enjoyed the hotel, loved the spacious rooftop pool and bar with a gorgeous view of the cathedral. My room stunk badly of body odor. It was really terrible but I put a dryer sheet in the air conditioning vent and eventually could forget the smell when I left the ac on. The bed was comfortable and the television was...

Well located, and lots of things to see around here. Five or ten minutes away is a mushroom plaza (I call it) where there are many shops and restaurants. People are friendly and efficient in this hotel. It is relatively clean. Elevators are tiny so we climbed the stairs since our room was in the 2nd floor. This is a...

On a package tour you are in the company's hands and this hotel was absolutely fine and had everything we wanted. The roof top bar was a real bonus, and had a quiet room at the back. Breakfast was copious too, enough to set you up until a late lunch at 4 pm!

I stayed here 4 nights with a tour group. My room was small but adequate. It was a standard size hotel bathroom with a bidet. No amenities such as shampoo, bar soap,or lotion. There was a soap dispenser in the shower to use as shampoo and bath gel. The front desk gave me packets of shampoo and gel when I...

Buffet brakfast was the usuall fayre but with what appears to be a Spanish twist of cold fried eggs and bacon which seems to be taken to the servery sometime after cooking and then...
