My wife and I have just returned from a 3 day break in Seville made all the more enjoyable by staying at this great little hotel. OK, if you want to share your room with a microwave oven, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities, this isn't the place for you. On the other hand, if you want a place that makes...

I stayed here with my son (8) a few weeks ago and we both really enjoyed our stay. He really liked the massive guitar on the side of the wall and the orange juice for breakfast. We stayed on the top floor in a very pretty room next to a beautiful roof terrace with views of Seville. The bed was...

This was a bit hard for taxi drivers to find, but a gem once located. The staff encouraged us to "consider it our home" as we relaxed in the lounge with a glass of wine. The hotel is well located and none of the attractions are more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Be aware that there is no elevator...

The location of the hotel is ideal, the atmosphere is nice and the staff is very kind (especially the waiters at breakfast). Overall the hotel was nice but our room was a bit narrow and the bathroom was a bit smelly in certain moments. We found the price was relatively high for the value. It's true that hotels in Seville...

We stayed in room 10 which was a cute and comfortable room with a large bathroom and amaxing shower. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. It looked onto a large building site that was not operational for our 3 night stay but i suspect that would be very noisy otherwise. The smell of the drains in...

We stayed at the hotel in October for 5 nights. There are elements that we love about it and some that caused us want to leave immediately, so it is hard to give an objective review. To start with the positives -the interior of the hotel is absolutely charming and quirky, puts you immediately in the right mood in tune...

Stayed for three nights in September 2016. Location - great. All major attractions within easy walking distance. Design - quirky and interesting. Our room on the first floor was fascinating (and not small, contrary to other reviews). We were made welcome - the staff were very helpful including the attractive young lady who greeted us, offering us advice on the...

Avoid this mismanaged property at all costs. It is one step above a hostel. We waited for hours for the missing receptionist. And then when he finally took us to our room, it was roughly the size of a bathroom. We went down to ask if we could be moved and he was already gone. There are thousands of great...

Maestro does have things to recommend it: 1. Quirky and pretty communal parts 2. Within 10-12 minute walk of Seville's major attractions 3. Helpful & attentive staff, particularly in the breakfast area 4. Comfortable bed 5. Good air conditioning - very much needed as one day it was 45.6 degrees. However, the three star rating is because: 1. The bedroom...

I'm usually bored by classic hotel chains even for business trip. Seville is full of gems in that sense but this one is a genuine boutique hotel focused on making a pleasant stay for you. I got a very (too) little room a red one but every detail is well thought and you feel home. The staff is very nice...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
This house is a tribute to Nino Ricardo, a tribute to those who love beautiful and simple pleasures of life, a tribute to the great music and, above all, a tribute to those who love Seville. It was originally the house of the master of the flamenco guitar, Niño Ricardo, and a typical nineteenth-century courtyard which was first rehabilitated and expanded by the master himself in the 60's to subsequently be rehabilitated and adapted by his family to its current use as a Hotel. The eleven rooms are built around the central courtyard, each one of them with a different decorative motive inspired by songs of the Master... eleven compositions, eleven different stories. From the courtyard of the Hotel you can access the lounge or the library of the House, where you might enjoy a good read, a good breakfast, a drink or a chat.On the top floor of the Hotel we have the roof where our guests can let their imagination free... or perhaps have breakfast, dinner, a drink, read a book... but be careful... La Giralda is watching us!!! ... more   less
