One night en route Costa Blanca to Bilbao ferry, Sunday night in early March. We'd paid for on site parking (huge basement with lift to rooms) but plenty available off the road immediately opposite reception - so only use and pay if you need to.
Clean spacious room, snack in the cafeteria that night and a good buffet breakfast.
The surrounding area is only half built and probably would need to drive to a restaurant/bar other than the hotel's.
Overall, nice stay.

However, arrived at 16.00 on a Friday, requested a drink or some sustenance - none available until the Dining Room opened at 20.00 (so could be at least 20.30 until served) suggesting a very late meal completion (possibly as late as 22.00).
As we needed an early start, we asked receptionist Jorge, the time of breakfast "07.00" was his reply. Not so; being Saturday next day, it was 08.00, so we sat an waited another hour with many other disgruntled, hungry breakfasters. If we had known we would have left at 06.00. It was all a terrible rush for all desperately hungry diners, not good for digestive reasons.
However, it is a beautiful hotel, a massive clean underground car park (additional charge, but free out front) with a spacious lift to all floors.
The room was huge, clean, warm with a massive bathroom, with bath and a very large shower area and two adjacent basins. Both pillows and (massive) beds were soft and luxurious. An espresso pod machine was provided (which we used).
Just don't arrive (outside of the dining times) otherwise you will be very disappointed, so eat and drink first.

Good overnight stay and stopover hotel on a recent road trip. Located on a industrial estate so taxis needed if you want to go into Zaragoza (20 Euro each way) Staff extremely helpful and friendly. English was good so we didn’t struggle communicating .

Negative bits -
Menu in restaurant was not available in English so we struggled to order any food with our limited Spanish and settled for a hamburger off the snack menu / not ideal but sufficed.
Also there was a 4 EURO per person surcharge if you wanted to eat outside ? Thought this was unacceptable whilst visiting a hot country and would expect to eat outside at no extra cost? Never experienced this before in a hotel.

Overall, was a good stay and had an upgrade to a superior room for a small surcharge - was well worth it 👍🏻

The only property on our trip that absolutely refused to refund our reservation in spite of the fact that all travel was restricted to the country due to the coronavirus pandemic. As travelers, lets all remember properties like this that treated us poorly during this pandemic and not patronize them in the future. Spend your money instead at the plethora of properties that took care of their customers during such a difficult time.

I booked this hotel as info on their website says: "Zaragoza Airport is just just over 1.6 km away, and can be reached by the hotel’s free shuttle". This info turned out to be incorrect & costed me 27€ to pay for my own taxi besides the first taxi I took to the hotel from city centre!
No reply yet neither from the Hotel nor from Booking.com regarding this issue.
AC works but is controlled from the hotel reception with same temperature for all rooms something that didn't suit me & therefore I, unfortunately, had to open the window same time as AC was on (something very non-environment friendly) to minimize the cool air as turning off the AC made it impossible to breath as my room had the sun side from early morning until sun went down.

No snacks or food outside working hours of the restaurant! If one misses the lunch time then no snacks or food until 8p.m. Room service opens 8p.m as well, this is something else that made me book this hotel which turned out to be only under limited time and no info about it on web site either! And one have not much to chose outside as hotel is situated on a very isolated area not even food delivery options were available.

Stayed here last night after driving 500 miles up from Southern Spain. We arrived around 7pm very Thirsty & Hungry, (our young boy especially), at check in I asked were the Bar & Restaurant was and what time they closed, at that point the lady told us they were both shut due to the situation. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing, a 4 Star hotel which didn’t have a bar or restaurant open. My Gripe is they should advertise this when you book. We booked direct with the hotel but it wasn’t on the website, Or any booking other sites that the Bar & Restaurant was closed. We would have booked somewhere else had we known but I suppose that’s the trick. We wasn’t the only ones. Everyone else and lots with young Children were also gobsmacked at the same thing. It isn’t as if you could just walk over the road to get something as the hotel is in a remote area there is nothing else for miles. At Breakfast things Improved, it was very well laid out and 2 great staff working there. Iam just bemused why they couldnt have 2 staff running the bar and the Cafe they advertise on line so you could buy some food and drink when people arrive?

No lunch restaurant.
Gym not available.
Coffee shop not open.
It's located in a horrible industrial zone where most of the buildings are either abandoned or not finished.
There are no restaurants or eateries within reasonable walking distance.
Nearest food store is a mile away via some pretty dodgy waste ground.
The rooms badly need refurbishment.
Sound insulation between rooms is non existent.
So unless you like waking up on the set of a Mad Max film and you've brought a packed lunch, give this awful hotel a miss.

Almost perfect. Good parking. Reception staff pleasant, efficient, professional and had good English (a bonus). Room very well appointed, no kettle, but a coffee maker, which is usual for a 4* in Spain. Great quality bed and linen, spotlessly clean throughout, including the large, well appointed bathroom, with bath and separate shower area. Open plan atrium area me at the public areas were cold in January. Restaurant staff had as much English, as I did Spanish, which is very little, but they were excellent and patient with my efforts and managed to produce the best meal we have had in Spain, in almost 4 months. I’m vegan, the food they served me was fabulous. The only reason I dropped a star was, we were woken early by the phone alarm in the room next door and then, still very early, housekeeping were banging the bed against the wall to vacuum and pushing other furniture around, it wasn’t exactly like she was in the room with us, but it was jarring. Also, while dinner was excellent, breakfast was not, especially for a vegan. Cereal selection was only cornflakes or coco pops, in large quantities, 3 containers of each, no muesli, fruits to put on oats, nuts seeds etc, no plant milks, no decaf tea or coffee options, except a herb tea. Fruit selection was basic. They did at least have a good toaster, plus tomatoes and garlic, which saved the experience for me personally. It’s a pity, this hotel otherwise blows the likes of H10 and NH out the water, but the breakfast needs a bit of an upgrade. There’s also not really a bar or lounge area you can enjoy in the evening, as t free restaurant is quite functional, rather than comfortable, t the bar was closed, because it was too cold to sit in it and after breakfast, an outside door was opened, to clear the place with freezing cold air. I’d stay again and it’s perfect for breaking a journey from Bilbao to the Costa Blanca, as we were doing.

The hotel offers great, clean and ample rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is good and food is reasonably priced. You should consider renting a car at the airport to move around zaragoza as taxis to/from the hotel can add up quickly.

Great cleanliness, big comfortable bed, helpful staff and good gym. Ate in restaurant as nothing in walking g distance was open at the weekend, but food was really good and not too expensive. Loads of free parking at the front so no need to pay extra. Big bathroom too. Easy to find if travelling from the south to Santander Would be happy to return. Definitely worth an afternoon in Zaragoza which is an amazing city. About 15 min drive.

No, decididamente, no. En el exterior tienes todo el aparcamiento que quieras totalmente gratuito. No hay problema alguno. Si quieres gastar 10 euros o mas, adelante, pero mejor ahórratelos y desayuna en el hotel que merece la pena
