This magnificent hotel is situated in the historic centre of Zaragoza, a few metres from the Basilica of El Pilar. It is situated in a modernist building from the beginning of the 20th century. Besides offering guests a very pleasant stay, the hotel is considered as a tourist attraction in the city. It has 3 facades with decorative elements in wrought iron. The walls are made of brick, except for the lower part of the building, which is made of stone.

This beautiful hotel just gets better on each visit it’s so friendly on arrival, beautiful architecture but with a twist of ultra modern.
Our room was big, with triple glazing with huge windows for admiring the historic buildings.
Our bed was absolutely delightful and we slept so well with the lovely pillows and crisp white bedding with the room heating controlled by ourselves -off - just as we like it.
The bathroom had great wow factors of all the new modern accessories, huge walk in wet room with option of two shower heads, floating toilet and mood lighting.
We didn’t have breakfast this time as we had an 8 hour journey ahead of us. But without doubt it’s our favourite hotel by far. The underground carpark is a five minute walk away, secure and a discount is offered at hotel reception.
It’s a must!

I stayed here four nights and couldn’t be more satisfied. The hotel is located in a historic building which has been modernized and updated inside to cater to the comfort of today’s clientele. It’s location is perfect - right in the heart of Zaragoza’s old town and overlooking a quiet square. There are numerous dining options in the immediate area - cafes, bars, restaurants. The staff is very professional and helpful. My room was most comfortable and spacious featuring excellent amenities. Room rates are very reasonable considering the high quality, excellent location and historic nature of this hotel.

We stayed here for two nights and it was a wonderful experience. This comfortable, patrimonial-listed hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Zaragosa's historic district. Everything we wanted to see and do was in an easy 5-10 minute walk. Unlike the hotels that were directly on the main square, this one was quiet and private. There are two excellent, modestly-priced tapas bars directly across the street, and the staff was warm, friendly, and could not have been more helpful.

A very nice and central place to stay while in Zaragoza. In front is a tree-lined public square that generates some foot traffic in the evenings and just beyond the square some streets are lined by bars with late-night partygoers but no noise diffused to the public or guest room areas during our stay. The staff is extremely friendly yet professional, with a special note to Carlos who was very capable and efficient in his attending to the breakfast area. The room had a good size, efficient A/C and was very tidy (kept that way daily due to the cleaning personnel’s diligence) though some fixtures and furnishings showed signs of wear.

Certainly recommended for its location and value, I would definitely return again when in the area.

I have never had this pleasant of an experience at any hotel I’ve been to in all my years of travelling.

The lobby is clean, well maintained. There are two water dispensers with a slice of lemon or orange available for the customers free of charge.

The receptionists were wonderful! Soft spoken, well mannered. I could ask any question without fear of judgement or annoyance on their part.

The room was spacious, and had a lovely little balcon with a view for the square.

I received a coupon for a free glass of cava. While I did not make use of it, I appreciated the gesture greatly.

The breakfast was splendid! Huge selection of meals and beverages, healthy, sour, salty and sweet options.

This is perhaps one of the best hotels I’ve visited. Thank you

Nice hotel in a great location. Rooms are roomy and comfortable. The hotel has gone to great measures to minimize street and hall noise with double windows and doors. The breakfast, for the price, is probably the best you will find in the world. Fresh orange juice machine is unique.

I would have rated this hotel a 5 - but the customer service is what makes the experience. David, the front desk clerk, is rude sarcastic and unhelpful.

The air conditioning in this hotel was extremely welcome. It remains on in your room even when you remove the card for the electrics so that you returned to a cool room and is air conditioned throughout the public areas.
Our room was spacious, had a fridge and safe and a balcony which overlooked the square with a beautiful church facade. The bed was lovely and comfortable.
The hotel is in a great location for sight seeing. We definitely recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel is in a beautiful building, perfectly located in the old city. The room was big and very comfortable, with big windows overlooking a lovely square, a few steps away from the mercado and the main sights and bars/restaurants, yet very quiet.
What impressed me the most, however, was the friendliness of the staff. I had to attend a videoconference for work, and they allowed me a check-out at 4pm without extra charges so I could attend the meeting in peace and quiet. Thank you so much!!

We stayed for five nights last May to explore Zaragoza and nearby towns. Staff was super helpful helped us print boarding passes and recommended a clinic where we got tested in order to be able to return home. The location is fantastic minutes away from the cathedral, the market, etc. If you want to be in the center this is your hotel!!!

An historic hotel which while not luxurious is very comfortable and in a great location for enjoying the city centre. The aircon was quiet and effective.
The cellar has been converted from a former coal cellar into a lovely breakfast room and it was the best breakfast we enjoyed during our tour of Spain - lots of fresh fruit, excellent bread, real croissants etc.
Getting to the hotel from the train station is a simple 20 minute bus ride and a short walk. It makes no sense to stay anywhere but the city centre.

We walked from the AVE at Zaragoza Delicias. I'm sure a cab would work for you, or else check the hotel website - I would imagine they have directions from all airports/stations. Good luck and enjoy your trip - Zaragoza is a very cool city and the hotel is great and very centrally situated!
