Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Staff are very helpful and friendly.

The location was incredible - around 5 mins from ‘el tubo’ tonnes of amazing different local tapas restaurants.

Room was comfy, clean, had a big door you could look out over the street

Would come again :)

Very well located, great common areas, good rooms, could be bigger but confortable. The bar at the lobby is quite nice and atmospheric.
Price a little above for the city offer but worth the stay.
Parking available through neighbor hotel costing 18€ per night.

Perfect location (didn't see any parking around so it can be a problem) in the center. Friendly staff and very good breakfast. We could visit each place walking. It's very close to plaza España so you'll definitely find many coffee places and tapas bar. During Christmas city is looking amazing so definitely worth to visit if you're not afraid of cold.

Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Room a bit basic in amenities, but clean and well maintained. Bathroom ok, though somewhat impractical. Used also the conference services, which were excellent. Parking available in the basement, has very tight spaces.

The room was a good size, clean and tidy. Multi-lingual friendly helpful reception staff. Secure underground parking. Location is right on for the old city and the Tapa's area. Easy walk to everything. I would stay here again.

I spent three days in this hotel this week; and was here also in January for a week.

The hotel is nice and clean; its location is ok, in the old part of the city. The bathrooms are clean and I happen to like the style of the hotel. The restaurant in the lobby is small and peaceful (I like that) and the food was simply excellent. There's a great number of other restaurants nearby, but we (I've been traveling with a colleague) found out the food in the restaurant of the hotel is much better than in most of the other restaurants in the area.

Though, the restaurant suffers from the fact that the restaurant staff doesn't speak so much English; but that's how it seems to be in Spain, except for tourist traps and hotel receptions.

I'd come here with my wife and family, too - if we only ever go to Zaragoza for a vacation.

This hotel is nearby Plaza España. They gave us the wrong room key and when we entered there was a couple in the room. The lady who attended us quickly resolved the issue. We asked about the parking and when we entered there was no parking lot available. They offered us the next hotel parking to the same price. The air condition seems not working. The bathroom was good. The room was clean

One of the advantages staying in a larger Spanish city during August, is that the hotel prices can be really low. So, always book last-minute and you very likely get a great deal on a good hotel. The Vincci Zaragoza Zentro hotel is no exception. We got a real good price for the room. The hotel is fairly recent, so you don’t feel you’re thrown back into the 70’s like in many other hotels. Comfortable beds and gentle air-conditioning made us sleep excellent. Besides all that, the hotel is only minutes walking from the centre. Great choice for a short August break.

This is a perfectly good hotel - our room was clean, cool, and had a large bathroom. It was great for us because it was close to so many sites. It's a short walk to all of the Roman ruins, the large plaza by Basilica de Nuestra Senora del Pilar, and El Tubo. Rather than paying for the hotel's breakfast, we would buy coffee and treats from Panishop or La Bendita, both less than a minute's walk from the hotel.

It's 1:45am and I have tried all possible ways to block the noise from the street, headset, music, audible book but the traffic is so loud, like trucks rushing on the highway plus ppl talking and laughing on the road. Fxxxxxck, if the minimum quietness can't be guaranteed, how can it be a 4 star and with people commenting a comfortable stay?????? We had very bad luck this time. After a long weeks traveling and facing a long day drive tomorrow, this night seems soooooo impossible

Hi, the private parking is underneath the hotel but is accessed from the back/side of the hotel and not the main doors as these are on the high street. There is lift access up to the hotel from the parking. Unloading the luggage outside the hotel might not be a possibility because it's on the Main Street and there isn't much public parking available on the street, so it's probably best to take luggage from the parking directly. It took us a while to find where the hotel parking was, so it's best to make sure you know where the access is before arriving!

Aparcar por la zona es muy complicado porque es todo de pago y al estar en el centro la cuestión se complica. Te recomiendo usar el parking del hotel aunque te digo que las plazas son estrechas y sobre todo si tienes un coche grande. Suerte y que disfrutes
