We have mixed feelings about the Palacio de Elorriaga. It certainly has tons of atmosphere and the staff are extremely helpful. There was a comfortable lounge and a restaurant that was open for lunch. Our room and bathroom were spacious. Beds were a little uncomfortable. There was lots of parking inside a gated area. You do have to drive into... More

Nice elegant hotel with charm and character and private free parking facilities. Rooms were spacious and have their charm, however walls are very thin and you hear neighbours quit clearly at night. Beds are a little bit small and mattress hard. 7min by car from the centre. Still decent stay.

We have been there in July. The hotel is located in an ancient palace. therefore it is worth the stay. I found striking that the floor is leaning..I suggest you enjoy the patio and the view. Exceptional when you travel by car (private parking). The setting must have been very nice in the past, but the work of contemporary architecture... More

Having read previous reviews we were really looking forward to staying at this hotel and elegant dining. On arrival we were initially pleased with our choice. The place certainly has charm and character. There was plenty of free parking and our room was large and pleasant. We had chosen the hotel as we would be able to dine in after travelling all... More

This hotel is situated about a 20 minute walk from the main town but it's worth staying here as it's very charming. The room was spacious and had lots of character such as stone walls and exposed beams. The garden is very pleasant to sit in with a refreshing drink after your city visit. The car park is good and... It is a kind of thematic hotel. I am not sure if it was build on purpose. It looks like a Medieval Spanish villa. The rooms are ok, big and with barroque minimalist deco, I would say. We had half board service and breakfast was good, not the typical Continental Breakfast, but it was good enough. Staff was gentle and... More

This hotel is on the edge of Vitoria-gastiez, a short cab ride or 30 minute walk into town. The staff are all very friendly and the front desk clerk was extremely kind, personable and spoke excellent English! It was also a great deal and worth being slightly out of town for the atmosphere and price!

My husband and I stayed here for one night before heading back to Bilbao and after 2 nights spent in very modern hotels this was a welcome change, Attractively lit with lovely furniture that was appropriate to the style this was a very cosy, warm hotel with a real atmosphere. It was quite a way out from the centre of... More

We spent one night with our 2-year-old daughter and really enjoyed the stylish building. Bathroom, bed, parking, all was very convenient. Even though we were one hour late for breakfast, they could still offer us pastry, juice and coffee and showed understanding. We would stay here again on a visit to the gastronomical town of Vitoria!
