We stayed five nights in Brondo when we and our little baby visited Palma. The staff was lovely, helped us with hot water several times a day. And when the safety box and the zink was broken they fixed it immediately. The only bad thing is that you can hear the people in the stairs, even if they just walk....

Just checked out after 3 nights in the Walter room. The hotel itself is a piece of art, in that it has been designed by different architects, and feels unique. But what really stands out is the friendliness of the staff and they are a credit to the hotel. We borrowed the hotel bikes during our stay which was a...

My daughter and I stayed 3 nights and enjoyed comfortable beds, good breakfasts and lovely staff. It is certainly in a great location near good restaurants and the old town with easy access down to cathedral and harbour. Bikes also a nice addition. However, our bathroom was not the best and although clean, had a shower showing peeling walls and...

We're used to awkward layouts but this room at the Brondo was as bad as it gets. The bathroom sink, toilet were across the door from the postage stamp shower stall. No room to turn around in shower. Had to watch every move in using sink, toilet. Ugh. But there's more - the bed was uncomfortable, sheets not fit to...

I had a great time at the Brondo. Warm reception, excellent service. With any question I had there were immediate efforts to find information and help. There was a distinct impression that my comfort and needs were the highest priority. Excellent location and the rooms and building architecture were fascinating. Very clean room and spacious.

Stayed one night. We had a room in 3. floor. There was a strong perfume odor in the room when we arrived. During the night this odor changed to a strong smell of sewage. After we returned I noticed another review on tripadvisor from august regarding this smell, but obviously no action from the hotel. The room is mostly a...

Interesting rooms. Excellent lighting but the room fairly basic. It's perfectly located for a city centre hotel, but don't expect a view. We booked an upgraded room and looked into other rooms just across the narrow lane where the hotel was located. It didn't bother us as we only slept there. We were disappointed there were no coffee making facilities...

Ive stayed at the Brondo Architect Hotel for one night in October. Can't beat the position, right in the heart of Palma old town, less than 5 min walk from the Cathedral and surrounded by shops and good restaurants. Reception staff very attentive and professional make you feel welcome. Chose the Premium room and above for more comfort and larger...

Our room looked lovely. That's where this review changes. We arranged to check in at 3pm as agreed. We were kept waiting until 6pm as there was 'a problem with the toilet' in our premium terrace room 'Oscar'. After finally being allowed in to the room I used the shower.Turns out that the plumber who had fixed the toilet (it...

Spent 2 nights at the Hotel Brondo on a work trip and really enjoyed the stay. Taxi driver did not know the street so got a bit concerned, but once we were there it was fine. Really friendly welcome from the Czech lady on reception who showed me around and even upgraded me to the top floor suite called 'Frank'....
