This hotel is so lovely the décor is so chic and elegant, we enjoyed it thoroughly and never wanted to leave. Other than that also the staff is friendly and very helpful, rooms and food are very good, and its close to the beach so the location is perfect. Buffet meals were fab. I loved every second here and would come back in heartbeat.

Hotel was 15 minutes walk from the centre and 20 minutes from the Marina. The hotel was immaculately clean and all the staff where very helpful. They booked us our taxi transfers (same price as the taxi at the airport) made reservations for us and suggested beach clubs. Perfect city hotel for a short break in the sun. Rooms were nice but next time we would book a bigger room but think they only have doubles in, shame as we would have upgraded to a superior if they could have been twin rooms.

Stayed 4 nights in a junior suite which had a very large terrace. Room spacious and clean. All staff polite, super helpful and friendly, especially Ivan. Just slight confusion over the mini bar. Nothing major, I just expected in-room water, tea and coffees etc to be replaced automatically and daily when I stay in a junior suite not! Breakfast was included but we didn't visit, did all look nice when I passed by. Roof pool area is delightfully compact and cute. Enough beds and cabana areas to grab an hour or so chill out and dip in the pool after a day in the city centre. Do not be disappointed if you cannot get a bed mid afternoon, you are in a city hotel after all not a resort. The hotel is situated at the end of one of the main avenues that leads straight down to the marina. You pass many shops, good restaurants and bars and takes a comfortable 15 mins. I preferred this distance as it removes me from the noise and traffic of the centre, gives me a bit of exercise and let's me see more of the area. Would be happy to stay here again.

We had a wonderful 3 nights stay at the hotel. We loved its quirkiness and the intimacy of a boutique hotel. The staff were very helpful too. We had a normal double & the junior suite for two adults and 2 teen girls. The suite with sitting area and terrace is really exceptional - but the double was really lovely too. We loved the rooftop terrace and plunge pool. Most of the time it was not warm enough to use much - until the last day. We then got to stay a few hours after check out whilst my husband picked up our hire car for our next adventure to Alcudia and enjoy the pool and sun beds with those amazing rooftop views of the city and mountains. The breakfasts were really tasty and the room really lovely to eat in. It is a reasonable walk to the centre of Palma - 15-20 mins but worth it for the hotel. And guests can use the spa at the HM Jaime 111 (if you ask reception in advance to call ahead) which was a good break from all the walking as nearer the port and centre. And good because the weather wasn’t so good for an outdoor pool the first couple of days. We also booked a day pass at HM Ayron Park at Playa de Palma through their website. That was a wonderful day and really worth the 40 euros per person for use of their spa with indoor pool and 4 other pools and roof Terraces and including lunch. As well as seeing the beach. The weather was lovely that day too. Although we were glad that our main stay was in Palma itself at HM Balanguera as Playa de Palma is a good 20mins away in a taxi.

The first thing to say is that the staff are really lovely at the hotel. They were very helpful and nothing was a bother. The room we were given was not really to my taste. The windows are very small and it just felt claustrophobic. The toilet and shower didn’t feel very private either. I also found the bed very hard, but that’s subjective. The breakfast was good but not brilliant for someone who can’t eat dairy. The location is great except I have mobility issues so the walk was just that but too far to town, , but that’s not the hotels fault and taxis were easy enough to grab. It would also be good to let customers know they can use the sister hotels spa. We found out by looking on here! All in all we had a good stay.

We stayed here last week for 3 nights and our stay was excellent. The staff from start to finish couldn’t have been more helpful & lovely. They gave us a free welcome bottle of Cava on arrival as it was my partners 30th birthday. They also showed us on a map where the best places to go were. The hotel is very clean and the hotel room was lovely, a plus - all contents of the mini bar was free- beer / juices / Fanta. The bar downstairs is well stocked & reasonably priced. Will definitely stay again- really well priced for such a great hotel so close to the centre.

This was my ultimate favorite hotel, I was there back in 2015 with a friend. The staff was so sweet and helpful, and the decorations and atmosphere was so ralaxing and beautiful. The only thing I will never forget was that one night me and my friend had a dream about an older woman, the whole night we couldnt sleep because we felt her spirit in the room and saw her in our dream. I dont know if there was someting special about that room or the hotel is a bit haunted. Otherwise lovely hotel. We will be back.
