The garden set up is quite an amazing entrance and introduction to an imposing hotel. The location is the most favourite asset. A 30 walking distance to the shops and the main bus station, 5 minutes to sea front and restaurants. Average but good breakfast. Nine Euros to enter the indoor small pool!! out door pool is free but freezing...

Las Palmas is a great city and this hotel is a wonderful base to use for visiting the shopping areas harbour and local beaches which we found within 30 minutes walking distance. This is a classy hotel within a lovely park setting. We have stayed here 5 times and the service has been excellent and the staff friendly and helpful....

Some of the previous commentaries in no way match our experience;we stayed here for 8 nights around Epiphany (ie when it was busy with Spanish visitors, and then when it was quite quiet as the schools went back) and it was really good under both conditions. Staff. All four of the female and both of the male reception staff we met...

This is a splendid 5-star hotel with a great spa. It’s worth staying here before you head south to the sun, we have stayed here before and its makes such a great start to a holiday. It’s a classic design and a short cab ride to Cantanaras beach and down town. The spa is wonderful and well worth the little...

We stayed for a week of excellent weather in January. We had originally been booked into Reina Isabel, a hotel we know and chose to return to, but, late in the day, we were moved here by our tour company. So, instead of walking out of the front of the hotel onto the promenade, we found ourselves with about a...

Excellent hotel. We stayed at one of the junior suites and it was really big and confortable, with a very spacious balcony. The hotel staff was very helpful and polite, the wifi signal was very strong everywhere around the hotel, the pool and spa were fine and the restaurant served really good food. We stayed during the new year's eve...

We had high hopes for this hotel but were disappointed. We were staying as part of a package holiday and I got the feeling that we were not the sort of guests they welcomed. No welcoming drink, no water in the room. Our room was at the back of the hotel on the top floor and was fine, in that...
